The customer service during check-in was horrible. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor and when I came out of the room to get my bags I saw that the elevator buttons were gone, meaning I would have to take the stairs up 3 floors. I asked for a different room and was told there were none available. I asked for a refund and a vacancy on the 2nd floor appeared. There was no tv connection to the outside world, no over the air, cable satellite, nothing. No hangars in the closet. The floor was sticky. They should be better than this.
