This spa hotel in Turkey exceeded all expectations! Excellent service, relaxing treatments and a picturesque location create the perfect holiday. We'll be back again! My whole family is still absolutely delighted with this vacation!!

STAY CLEAR! This has to be the worst hotel. Rude staff, dirty rooms . No bed sheet change in 5 days. Wardrobes filty, bathrooms horrendous with the last person who stayed tooth paste still stained inside bathroom sink. Floors filty, bed sheets ripped, stained and covered in someone else hair. Curtains full of cigarette burns, chairs heavily stained and disgusting.No hot water at sink or shower. Breakfast is terrible . No food and what is there bread and cheese is stale! Stale food under table, cracked mirrors. Wardrobe full of hairs and dirt. CLEANERS DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. Hotel refused to refund me. STAY CLEAR

The photos online show large rooms however the family room was tiny hardly any space to walk around- far from luxury photos were deceiving. Some staff were just miserable and others were nicer however poor communication between night and day staff. I had lost my phone however the message was not conveyed to reception staff taking over resulting in my phone being taken to the local police station by taxi driver when he came to drop it off and I had to ask if someone had come to give it in. I was told they didn’t know someone may come. The air con stopped working one night and had to be turned on twice manually in the middle of the night. Our locker wasn’t working when asked to get it fixed they turned it off altogether- we then asked if someone could fix it but no one showed up. I gave up at this point. Housekeeping didn’t sweep floor so we had sandy feet throughout four day stay. But it was a good location easy to get to places within the city centre.

The hotel is in the heart of old town. Pictures look good. We got there at midnight ready to crash. We had two rooms, which were not together. We asked if we could get rooms next to each other so our kids could be next to us. The manager said they were full, even though I had put that in my reservation request two months prior. However, as we walked in the room was this huge puddle of water. No one cared to find out where it’s coming from- just mopped it and continued like it never happened. Then the A/C which shows is turned on and on high, is blowing hot air. The management insisted it’s central A/C and will take half hour to cool. It didn’t! We were baking in 40 degrees temperature. I opened the fridge, and that was not working. And there was water puddles under the fridge just gushed out when I opened the cabinet door to the fridge! So maintenance was called at 12.45am to fix it. In the meantime, the A/C was still not working, surprisingly! The second room was on an entirely different floor. That A/C was fine but was a smaller room. When my husband complained finally at 2am about the A/C, the manager offered us a smaller room right next to the one we were in where the A/C was not working. I was so upset that this room was available and he didn’t give it to us knowing well we had little kids and needed a room next to each other. We were there only for one night and no one was in this room. His excuse, it’s a two person room while the other was a one person room. They looked exactly alike!!! Obviously not a good experience. The elevator only goes part way upstairs so to go to the restaurant, you need to take the stairs up. And they are long and winding!! And if you are trying to access any floors via the elevator from 8.30am, don’t bother. The cleaners are using the only elevator available, and they won’t let you get in as there is no space. Bottom line, was quite a disappointment.
