I booked through ******* for a great price of under a hundred dollars for a pet friendly hotel. However, when I want to check in, the receptionist said that there was an additional $100 fee for having a dog. There was no mention of that in the description or in the check-in procedure online. I asked that the manager be consulted as I was not going to pay more to have my dog in the room, then the cost of the room itself and the fact that it was not mentioned I was unsure that I should pay it at all. They reduced it somewhat to fifty, but the experience was not a good one. The "suite" had AC that could not be turned down, and broken electrical fixtures and outlets.
