Excellent hotel for the price, the staff are so friendly and attentive, The food in the restaurant is amazing

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy, if a little dated.
Food was excellent.
One downside, the extractor fan for the kitchen was across from our room window, so if you wanted a long lie past 8am...forget it. But it DID smell good.

Excellent budget accommodation. Very comfortable beds. Superb breakfast.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with walking/stairs issues though but anyone else looking for a budget stay with a great breakfast I would highly recommend.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very nice, some reviews complain about the décor and the noise this is an older property in the centre of Annan.
This is reflected in the excellent value for money. Free parking , Breakfast ,good WiFi and nice people.
Its not 5* but I did not pay 5* prices.
I would stay here again.
