酒店的位置很不錯，就在大洋路上。checkin的員工態度特別好，而且效率非常高。另外，酒店還帶有小型室內游泳池，草地網球場，還有室外蹦床（很有意思，值得體驗，很放鬆）。總體來講，十分推薦這家resort，床品也很舒適。

非常好的房間，完全夠一家四口入住。乾淨整潔，並且有沐浴露，洗髮露和護髮素，非常好的一次入住體驗。衹不過在澳洲的住宿酒店都沒有牙刷，需要自己帶牙刷。

環境很好，停車也方便，他們家的牛排超好吃，還有薯條，我第一次感覺到，原來牛排和薯條可以這麼好吃，非常贊

中規中矩的酒店公寓

One bedroom suite with separate living/kitchen area seems delightful until you discover the bedroom has no external view and only a highlight window to the living area with no blind. Kinda annoying given the unwelcome light show for a person trying to sleep while another is making breakfast or watching a movie. Not good enough given the photos and description suggest otherwise. Oh… and bedroom storage was poor. Glad an ironing board was available

Hospitality at is best friendly helpful staff we stayed in a studio room that had a well equipped kitchenette with microwave toaster plates bowels and cutlery the resort is nestled in beautifully maintained gardens , our bed was super comfy like sleeping on a cloud a pleasant stroll to the small shopping center and right next door to a tasty Chinese restaurant for some excellent takeaway if you don’t decide to eat in the excellent onsite restaurant

Spa treatment was amazing with Britt. Room was average bathroom not very clean, bed & pillows so uncomfortable no support felt like I sank in the bed, having the worst sleep. Breaky bag was disapointing; the bread was hard as a Rock & should be given a choice of juice, I left early so i can go have a nice birthday breakfast. They need to have hot breakfast available at The Coast. RACV Torquay Resort offer buffet.

Great location - walking distance to river and beach. A restaurant onsite and a few others close by.

Great customer service - door key didnt work and the repair guy kept me in the loop during the troubleshooting. He also provided clear communication.

The Great Ocean Road Resort was fantastic as usual. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The new waterfront room was lovely, with great views. The Coast restaurant meal we had was very good, with great service. Three of us also had spa treatments, which were bliss. Wonderful place to stay.

The bar man at the back area, name kai, was wonderful at his job very happy and bubbly, Breakfast was very poor, not worth it at all, Otherwise great places to stay.

The resort was well-kept and in easy walking distance to restaurants and town. The rooms were clean but pretty spartan, especially the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable though. Resort amenities, like the tennis court, could use an update, and you'll need to be able to call Australian phone numbers to check in and communicate with the hotel.

Perfect spot with great amenities, very comfortable and enjoyable stay with a 3.5year old. Trampoline park is a win for the kids. Room was very clean, modern TV with all the streaming services for when the weather was bad and needed an indoor night. Walking distance to plenty of great coffee / food options. Staying again soon.
