The lack of communication at this property almost cost me my reservation. I notified the front I would be there between certain hours as we were driving from Texas non-stop. When I go there an hour after my time frame the lady at the desk told me she canceled my reservation because she needed o do her audit and was not told an hour time frame only and specific time I would be there. Before she could even go to the computer to help me I was told I needed to wait while she finished prepping the coffee cart. I think at 5am with no one else around, and hearing that a customer of mine had just driven 17 hours straight I would make them a priority and get them in a room so they could all sleep, nope that coffee cart/breakfast was way more important for something that didn't start for another 2 hours. I know we all have jobs to do but I'm sorry to put free only tasted good once in a whole week coffee in front of a paying exhausted customer is extremely ridiculous.
Most of the staff seems to be pretty new i.e. you will be waiting a little longer for anything you need. There is one lady who works the front desk (she is a Veteran) and was I pleased to see her because she knew what she was doing and was on the ball.
The ladies that did the cleaning in the morning were helpful when I needed a towel or other items, I have met some that just hated their jobs in other hotels so this was a nice change.
