We stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city. We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

They did not link my stay to Platinum membership. Even though they have created new membership account without asking me. As a platinum member they should upgrade my room to king size and offer al-least 2 drinks from the mini-bar and 1 water bottle every day. No coffee machine No water bottle No mini bar

The room was okay, the breakfast buffet was good. It's a bit difficult to move around by public transport, there was only one bus than come every 20-30min next to the hotel.

Good large room with decent bed, though a bit hard. Very clean and close to good restaurants. Quite nice breakfast and within walking distance from metro.friendly staff

It was a good hotel.

Don't understand why the city tex is much higher than othet hotel. Drain hole was blocked and water is not able to be flushed. Feel poor quality. Never wanna stay again. Worst experience.

Great stay

Last time I did not like the room I got. When I checked in this time I said I was disappointed with the room a couple of months ago. Then this time I received a lovely room on the 2nd floor because I told them I wanted a room as low as possible. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The situation of the hotel for me is excellent and the best thing they have a garage. The temperature in the rooms could have been warmer. During summer the air-conditioner could not be shut down.

房間的面積足夠大，各項設施配備較齊全。光線充足。但兩張小床放在一起拼湊成一張大床。難道酒店沒有大床房麼？有點好奇。還有温馨提醒一下：掉在兩張小床上方的燈具存在掉落的隱患，且容易讓人產生不安全感。其他方面都還不錯。
