Amazing place to stay lovely staff and services great location near to city center and other places. The staff helped us so much and they were very kind during our stay . The room was very clean and cleaning staff always were mindful. Lastly the receptionists were very respectful and have fulfilled all our needs

Worst hotel ive been to. Waste of money! I dont know how they managed to get 5 stars! Rooms are not clean! Fridge is dirty! Sheets smells cigarettes! Windows isolates nothing from street noise. I was once showering and came out to find that the whole room is filled with water due to drain issues and it took them a very long time to fix. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I regret every single Jordanian Dinar spent here

Stayed at the 3rd tower, in a studio room, it ahs a small kitchenette and a small office corner, i loved the room, though it would have been nice to have panoramic windows to enjoy the view. The staff at the hotel and in the breakfast area are adorable, attentive and always smiley. The breakfast buffet is one of the best catering every taste: from cereals to cold cuts, traditional Arabic and English ones, honey and jams, pastries and fruits and a wide coffee selection. I enjoyed it daily whether on the terrace or inside the cafe italia. I would come back for sure

It was one night stay while traveling with a fam trip in Jordan the hotel was perfect on every aspect the shower was so nice that you don't want to get out from under it and the bed was so comfy that the next morning I did not want to leave breakfast was Ievery thing you might want or ask for also there is a nice spa and business center and few meeting rooms and the location is perfict you have to stay there Its a seven star hotel

In general the hotel is good in terms of Location, cost, room size. However , the reception/check in area is extremely narrow/ small, like a kiosk.. So if someone is checking in, you have to wait standing on your feet till they finish... really poor. in the service level, I'm wondering how it's a 5 stars hotel!! For example, at the restaurant (Italia). You have to ask for everything by your self, ask for salt and pepper, suger. Ashtray. Yes I know I'm going early (7:30 am ) to get the breakfast and sitting outdoor since I'm a smoker. But , it opens at 7:00 am. So as 5 stars hotel everything has to be ready even before 7:00 ( tables set-up I mean). On the other hand some of the room equipment need to be changed (if you are a 5 stars hotel) such as the ironing board and the ironing machine as well. The ironing board was old and dirty , it gave stains to my white shirt while ironing it. Good it was a washing and drying machine there. Later I had to use a towel on top of it to protect my cloth. Last but not the least the noise coming from. Street (I was on first floor buldg 4) is really annoying.

Stayed at the Boulevard Arjaan for 4 nights on my first visit to Jordan. The hotel is split over four sections all adjacent to the Boulevard with its shops and restaurants and next to the Abdali Mall. I stayed in room 4606 which was in block four, the room was exceptionally spacious with a lovely and very comfortable double bed. Well furnished and very clean, nice sofa by the window, desk area with an ergonomic chair, good wardrobe space, kitchen area and complimentary bottled water every day. The bathroom was again very clean and modern with a good shower. The WiFi was also of a very good standard. It was a bit unusual having to go through security every time I entered the hotel but this is the norm in Jordan and was the same in the Boulevard and shopping centres. Reception staff were very friendly and professional as were the lovely ladies on housekeeping. Good location in the modern part of the city though building work looks like it is about to start opposite the entrance. There’s a Starbucks in the Boulevard and if you take the Jett Bus down to Petra the office and pick up is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Taxi to and from the airport is a set fare of JOD22.00 to go to the old town such as the Citadel I would recommend using Uber I was ripped off big time by a very threatening taxi driver whilst in Amman.

This is place is incredibly hard to find. It's literally in the middle of a construction site and Google Maps will misdirect you (there are 2 hotels on maps but directions to both are wrong). To get to the hotel, you need to take a right off Sulayman Al Nabulsi just before Bank Audi. Keep going straight and the hotel will be right in front of you. To enter however, you need to make a loop around the hotel (turn right then loop left) and go around the whole complex to find the right place to pull into. A wrong turn anywhere will lead you to a construction site, which I learnt the hard way. Didn't eat here at all so can't comment but the room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a microwave, induction cooker and utensils.

We spent 4 days in this lovely hotel with its great staff, specially our room boy Najeh Abdul rahman, who went out of his way to SHOW us the Jordanian' hospitality. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Food IS Great . Located near the mall which is a plus. . We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to ALL.

The place is nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly. As for the quality of Italian food as opposed to the international level expected from such a sough-after cuisine, the place leaves much to be desired; their wild mushroom soup was actually good, but the sirloin steak was mediocre. They have a good selection of beverages, but their cocktails need a lot of work. What I did like was the staff. Motei’ was nice and helpful, and was checking all the time if things were ok. The chef, Shadi, also took the trouble to come and ask what was wrong with the steak and was ready to take comments and listen. He even changed the plate to something I liked better. A good staff I think can compensate for other issues. This restaurant/Cafe will be better with time.

In theory, staying next to an upscale outdoor entertainment area is nice. In reality, the noise level is inescapable. You’re either facing the street where cars are blasting music and groups of people are yelling, or you’re facing the Boulevard, where crowds are present until the wee hours of the morning. Customer service at the front desk is stingy, rude, and inflexible, especially to guests visiting us in the lobby (even our friends and family were surprised). They nickel and dime you while giving the least amount possible (one tiny bar of soap for the bathroom, one towel, charge extra for a bed in a suite larger than an apartment, etc). There was no iron in the room, the water kettle was broken, the safe didn’t work, and the washing machine leaked puddles of water. Oh, and even though we specifically asked for a non smoking room bc my son has allergies, the supposed “non smoking” room reeked of stale smoke. Pros: It was clean. A local friend suggested this place, and I let her know about our experience so as not to put others through this. I recommend saving your money or spending it justifiably at another hotel.

Everything about the hotel is exceptional. It is clean, stylish, with excellent service. The food is good and great value for money. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Without forgetting about its prime location.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a perfect location. All the staff without exception were very professional, helpful, and amazing, especially Moawiah from the front desk and Mohammed who assisted it with the baggage during checkout. Me and my friend Rania enjoyed our stay and we had lots of options to eat and enjoy directly down the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel. Love to all

Breakfast homey moon package really nice touch as I have order food to my room and really special one with natural flowers for my bride. Booking was very smooth and valet parking is free from the hotel and service and employees very nice people
