Staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast food selections and I had a wonderful stay at the Inn. ☺️👍

The front desk does not always answer, even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. I informed them upon arrival that I am physically disabled, but was given a room on the second floor. There are no elevators here. I’ve been sick to my stomach, have a headache, and coughing since the morning after I arrived. I need to extend my stay, but since the front desk didn’t answer, I’m here leaving this review. The plumbing is messed up…it’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. I keep getting burned with hot water, or it’s too cold. There’s an adjoining door to my room, and I do not feel safe. I’m a female solo traveler.

Very good service. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. I got a shared room so it is not my first choice. I didn't realized it was like a motel but that is my bad. The room is cleaned but there is some stain on the washroom floor.

這就是一家汽車旅館，這就是一家汽車旅館！為了離客户公司近，選擇了這家酒店。訂房的圖片包裝得很好，平均900多元/天的房價，連國內二星的酒店都不如。一般老美酒店的房間都不會小，在這裏一個雙床房，我衹能勉強放得下一個小的行李箱，衣服都要掛到洗手間裏面。看着房間後面有個小院子（隔着矮矮的護欄，就是公路邊），草都是假的。訂了三天的房間，入住的時候前台就告知我們，服務員衹能打掃一次。除了早餐還勉強過得去，附近有兩個加油站可以買點東西之外，就沒其他的了。非常後悔這次的訂房。

The staff here was amazing, they all were great. My check in day I had a LONG and rough day and Dolly was there to greet me and help me get my huge suitcase to my room upstairs. I got a hot tub and felt taken care of. They are very conveniently located between anaheim and the long beach port which was perfect for working at convention center and then leaving on a cruise....

I liked the pool was in the back of the property. The rooms were clean, except some of the walls were dirty, but other than that it was nice place to stay.

Building was very old and the floor creaked and looked like it was coming up. We were on the second floor and the walkway was outside and sloped was narrow and sloped away from the building. The stairs were steep and elevator available.

Average motel, good for overnight. Staff only OK. Slight musty odor and rooms are on the older side. Convenient location.

This Suite should NOT be rented to anyone who wants to sleep in past 6:00 am. That's when the Breakfast starts & they turn on the music. which can be clearly heard in this room. Also didn't like the fact that the bed is up against the wall so the person next to the wall has a hard time getting in and out of bed. Then there's the lack of ANY Electrical outlets or usb ports at the bedside.

Friendly staff Desk person. The our room was above my expectation, and the staff are very accommodating.

Great budget option, especially considering free parking and free breakfast included . Close and easy ride to the beaches and many restaurant and bars in the area. Staff was very friendly. Quiet, safe and clean, comfy but dated room. Be aware that second floor rooms will have you carrying luggage upstairs - no elevators. Nice smaller pool, spa and putting green area in courtyard, although did not use. Would recommend.
