After checking in, I received carefully prepared tea and refreshments. Since it is located in a complex commercial building, the air in the room feels a little uncomfortable when you enter. But after opening the window, it was purified soon. It seems that the accommodation paid a lot of attention to the ventilation system. The bedding was very soft, so I could sleep well. It's a little far away, but "more" is within walking distance.

Very comfortable hotel, with great view to the mountain and Huaqing palace yushanyuan. Our host was very hospitable and friendly. She come to pick up us from the mall entrance. She made us tea ceremony and explain how to make different kind of tea. I wish to have more time there.

Best location, near Huaqingchi mrt and opposite is Huaqinggong. A lot of food choice beside and massage store. Very good for families with old people and children . Staff is very polite and helpful.

This accommodation is something very special. If you like contact and tips from locals, this is the place for you. You Can also taste local tea. The rooms are very nicely decorated and I had the best sleep in a long time. High quality beds and pillows! Hot water comes quickly in the shower with pleasant water pressure. The location is also great if you want to see the Terracotta Warriors. The Huaqing Palace Park and its show is highly recommended. You can reach it by foot.

We stayed one night in this place due to its proximity to terracotta warriors monument and the show. We stayed with my wife and one year old daughter in the rooms of the second floor. The experience was great. An interesting feature of the hotel is that it is at the top of a food building/market place so entering it was different but very easy. Recommended for those planning to see the show and do a morning walk in the park the next day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was great, the staff very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The location is close to the Terracotta Warriors (around 50 Yuan for a taxi to get there) and is central to many shops and restaurants. The location is on the 3rd floor with a lift close by. The location is opposite the Palace in Xi'an. We hope to visit again

I was travelling alone to Xi An. And the staff at Qing Lan Ju Ms Zhang and Ms Cheng were always friendly. They helped with my laundry and provides me with all kind of support and personal advice on the city's attractions and routes. The weather was hot and fruits were served every afternoon. The room was clean everyday , air-conditioned and well maintained.

Highly recommended. It’s directly opposite.Huaqing Palace, and not far from historic site Terra Cotta Warriors and Emperor tomb. Most importantly it’s located above mall with eatery and same level as Hai Di Lao. Subway station line 9 is just opposite to return to Xi’an only cost RMB$7. The outdoor lounge was cozy and lady boss was super friendly.

very lovely spot right opposite hua qing palace and the metro station. Lots of food options downstairs and nearby as well. The staff were very warm and friendly and the place had a very cute cat :) The room we were in was small but well-kept and had nice zen vibes.

The host was so hospitable friendly and helpful. Location was on point just accross huaqing palace. I had no problem taking the 3rd performance ending very late.

Amazing location, very clean, and newly renovated. It was perfect to stay overnight after watching the song of the everlasting sorrow late evening show. The hotel is conveniently located across the palace and on top of the mall with many food options. The room is very well maintained with lovely host/ owner who was so kind and accommodating. She also upgraded our room and gave us many guidance to ensure a comfortable stay.
