Premier Inn Manchester Altrincham

Hotel run down no air con in rooms far to warm they did have a fan but all it did was blow hot air round the room never got much sleep

Second time in this hotel, our stay was exceptional and the room was clean an beyond comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Many thanks to Greta who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is tired and run down and certainly not up to Premier Inn standards Upon entering room 117 the smell of damp and mould immediately hits you. Room looks dirty and the bathroom was the worst I've ever seen. It was late at night when I arrived so had no option but to stay. Continental breakfast was a let down, evening meal was OK however. Only positive about this stay was the staff. Overall certainly wasn't worth £125 per night

Although the room was split in two with a separate room for the kids, which was great, the room was actually quite dirty! There was dust everywhere and cobwebs all over the windows. I don't even want to know what was smeared on the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Location is right on a noisy, busy road, which doesn't bother some. We're just not used to it. The staff were nice and helpful enough.

Very tired property, very dark room with a tiny window high up on the wall, extremely noise extractor fan in the bathroom, door wouldn’t close so had to just use the security chain. Good location, free parking and friendly staff.

We have been to this hotel about 6 times the staff reception Greta, Yvonne & David have all been very helpful & friendly, Adrian in the breakfast bar , is really helpful , the porridge & full English were absolutely delicious infact the porridge was the best we have ever had in hotels & the full English was cooked to order & very nice, Also Leanne was very friendly & helpful when we arrived 15 mins & sorted our room straight away. this hotel has a fantastic team. Thank You

More basic than other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Rooms are dated although shower was hot and powerful. Lift was filthy with mud on the floor that was not cleaned in the two days I was there. Creaky bed made sleep difficult and walls are thin.

This is probably the most run down and tired of any Premier Inn that I have stayed at. The bedroom was very small, but was comfortable. Was woken during the night by the persons in the next room talking at 2.30 in the morning. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Had breakfast and it was up to the usual standard for Premier Inn. Location is good, just 10 minutes walk to centre of town/tram station. Early check in option was a bonus. I will use this hotel next time in the area. Whitbread should spend some money and refurbish it.

Just needed a well located hotel for Altrincham Crematorium. This served the purpose very well and with an early check in for just £10 we could have a drink and get ready in a more relaxed environment.
