Hotel ini terlihat sangat indah, mahal, kaya dari luar. Tapi di dalam...Saya tidak akan mengatakan itu benar-benar bagus. Perabotannya sudah tua, suasananya agak menyedihkan, secara keseluruhan semuanya baik-baik saja

Tidak ada yang bisa dimakan. Rasanya seperti saya sedang tidur dengan seseorang di kamar kedap suara sebelah. Saya dapat mendengar dengkuran dan ada orang yang merokok di kamar hotel. Itu yang terburuk. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

Lingkungan: Di sebelahnya ada sungai, overall oke Kebersihan: Relatif bersih, tetapi pembersihannya terlalu lambat. Saya memasang tanda pembersihan ketika saya berangkat di pagi hari, dan saya baru mulai membersihkan ketika saya kembali di sore hari. Fasilitas: Wifinya jelek. Banyak kamar yang tidak ada sinyal wifinya. Setelah ganti beberapa kamar, sinyalnya masih hanya satu. Pelayanan: Pria di meja depan terus terlihat malu, tidak tahu siapa yang dia lihat. Saya tiba di hotel pada malam hari dan ingin tidur lebih awal, tetapi tidak ada wifi. Saya minta tolong untuk ganti kamar dan disuruh menunggu lima menit. Setelah menunggu lebih dari sepuluh menit, tidak ada respon. Saya terpaksa marah-marah sendiri sebelum diganti sinyal. Keesokan paginya, saya menemukan pelayan yang lebih ramah yang membantu saya pindah ke kamar dengan sinyal bagus.

Ini bukan tempat yang bagus untuk menginap. Tidak sepadan dengan harganya. Tidak bagus, tidak direkomendasikan.

酒店到所有的景點都需要打車， 距離遠點。酒店的房間寬敞舒適 ，床墊比較軟， 房間很乾凈 。早餐廳看起來是整個酒店的一個亮點， 環境非常好， 食物豐富 。酒店的前台服務是最差的，住了四天， 遇到不同的前台服務員 ，他們都很懶惰， 也缺少禮貌 。房間的隔音很差 。

酒店位置很好，雖然是個舊酒店，但是很乾凈，有歷史底藴，很不錯，推薦大家入住，相對來説價格還是比較便宜。

Stayed last week Great Value. The hotel staff were extreamly helpful prior to us arriving organising a hotel pick up and early check in as we arrived at 5am. was a godod location with a great bar in the hotel. Will 100% Stay here again when visiting Almaty.

The location is wonderful almost every staff is nice barring 1 or 2 . Breakfast is also good. room is wonderful big and everything is there bathroom is very neat and clean. they have lift so things are easy on the upper floor. they are always ready to help they all speak English .

We stayed for two nights at Plaza Hotel in Almaty, and our experience was shockingly bad. The staff was extremely rude and hostile, completely lacking in basic hospitality. Breakfast was a disaster. The food was cold, and there was no staff around to assist. To make matters worse, one morning they closed the breakfast service half an hour early without any notice. As a family with an infant, a toddler, and two senior citizens, we politely requested breakfast, but the staff outright refused. Only after a lot of hassle and argument did they agree to serve us in the Coffee Shop. Even then, the breakfast we were served was minimal. When we asked for some cheese, the waiter rudely responded, “No cheese!” However, when we offered to pay, he suddenly changed his mind and said he could get it for us. This level of hostility and poor customer service was truly shocking. To add to the disappointment, the room service was equally terrible. We had to call multiple times just to get water bottles delivered to our room. Overall, Plaza Hotel fails miserably in both service and hospitality. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive - Spacious and clean room - Nice music during breakfast - Not bad wifi speed at 20 Mbps but in the evenings it’s not enough for work and calls Negative - Elevators make a terrible booming sounds that start at 5am and end at 11pm - It’s very slippery in a bathroom - They have a kettle but to use it you have to go to the bedside as sockets are only there - The average breakfast with a bad coffee - The view from the windows is terrible - Located in the poor neighbourhood
