Hotel need renovation, the current building is like 1980 renovation. But the location is good.

Very good hotel, good services as a 5-star hotel and good price.. Helpful staffs helped me to buy hot oil, do some treatments and check out late (Ms Josie). Thank you. I will stay here next times when come to Chengu.

Exceptional hotel experience! The staff went above and beyond to assist, and the gym is fully equipped for all your fitness needs. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered an impressive variety.

The wifi was WAY too slow, but the gym was great and the rooms were always clean.

The hotel is very good. It used to be Sofitel. It is very cost-effective. It is a five-star hotel. The room has everything. The front desk service is also very good, especially Xiao Xu, who helped arrange the room. The bed is very comfortable. I will stay here next time I come to Chengdu.

Lisa's service is excellent, her attitude is great, and she even gave me a free upgrade. The room is very large, and the lobby ceiling is very high and grand. It is worthy of being a well-established five-star hotel. I will come again next time I am on a business trip!

This is an old five-star hotel, and it still has the shadow of Sofitel! The Japanese restaurant on the second floor is also nostalgic. The view from the room is great!

Traveling in western Sichuan, staying in Chengdu for 2 nights, we booked Taihe Hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, near Chunxi Road but not noisy, facing the river, with a good bed and good scenery. The room is clean and has good facilities. Xiao Zhao at the front desk also carefully understood the needs when checking in, and was very attentive and enthusiastic.

We landed in Chengdu from Turkey on New Year's Eve. At 8 am, the three of us arrived at Taihe with dark circles under our eyes. We are very grateful to Manager Tang Feng at the front desk for efficiently handling our check-in order. China is still great. Chengdu food is amazing. The room facilities are also five-star standards. The bathtub and sofa are very clean. The bedside and desk sockets are thoughtfully equipped. The price is very affordable. Some haters say it is old, but it is really not old and is well maintained!

I had a great holiday, it was really great! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the housekeepers welcomed me warmly and took the initiative to recommend nearby attractions and tourist routes. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, to meet different tastes. The location here is also excellent, there are many delicious foods around, and it is convenient to travel. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it is highly recommended!

The room was the biggest surprise for our trip to Chengdu. The price-performance ratio was very high, especially after staying in an expensive and small hotel in Beijing. It was a sharp contrast. I felt that the hotel was a well-established five-star hotel, but now is the off-season for tourism, and the room rate is less than 400 per day. There is also a free laundry and a cup of coffee exchange every day. After going to the front desk, I was upgraded to a suite. In addition to the spacious living room, there are two bathrooms, which is really great. It avoids the embarrassment of fighting for the toilet, especially when you come to Chengdu and eat spicy food, everyone is more dependent on the toilet, and everyone knows it. The facilities are complete, the sanitation is also very good, the environment is quiet, and the service is considerate. I was so happy that I forgot to take pictures of the room.
