The room is old and not clean. Staff seems to be not familiar with check-in procedures for foreigner so it took quite long time for check-in.

I thought it would be very tiring so I stayed in Zhengzhou for one night. I came to Zhengzhou for five days in 2021 and stayed in this hotel. I thought I would stay in such a hotel this time. Who knew it would be so bad after staying for one day. The air conditioner in the room did not cool down and was always at 30 degrees. The hotel corridor was also cooler than the room. I told the waiter. Now the air conditioner is not turned on at the right time. Is it possible that the weather in Zhengzhou is 31 degrees on this day? Can't it be turned on? I asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. Later, the waiter said that if I were given an electric fan, it would be cool at night. As a result, the room was 28 to 29 degrees at night. I didn't sleep well all night. Can such a bad hotel still be open? Everyone should not stay in this hotel anymore. Don't be fooled.

Friendly service, clean and close to the train station. But the lid of the kettle was broken and my fingers were burned by the steam! There are no disposable slippers and the central air conditioning is a bit noisy. I hope the hotel will replace the plastic cover of the kettle. The cost is only 20 yuan to avoid scalding guests.
