overall my stay was satisfying , The room was well cleaned and the staffs were also very kind and helpful .

I have booked deluxe room but room no. 103 provided to me which is very lesser in size for 2 peoples. Room no. 103 was not as per my expectations and not suitable for 2 people despite i have paid for deluxe room.

Hotel was not good . TV was not working. Breakfast quality not good.

The stay was nice, friendly staff. Highly recommended for aligarh location. Rooms was neat and clean.

Overpriced!! Staff is totally irresponsible, untidy . Dont know why they are charging too much for so much small room. Everytime , you will see a new person on reception desk. Outsiders, non-guest, everytime keep on sitting in public area near reception desk making guests uncomfortable. Outside Parking space is always full via local residents. Guest will not get proper parking for there cars/vehicles. Food is totally horrible. Overpriced, less in quantity and total tasteless. Toiletries will be provided only when you ask otherwise you will not get them. Provided towels were dirty. Bedsheets were full of dust. Only good thing of this property is location,for which they are charging almost double Nothing else.
