This is a lovely hotel. However, we were disappointed with the hotel as the rating is 4 stars and the pictures/description make the hotel sound amazing. Everything was adequate and we had no reason to complain, however, we were expecting something better. The pool is smaller than it looks in the picture :( The dining room can get very noisy at times with long queues of people. Many groups of tourists (older age range) travelling together. Sometimes you had to wait for more food to arrive, or the food was cold because it had been there for too long. The acoustics in the dining room did not help with the noise levels. On a positive note - we enjoyed the indoor Spa. The rooms were kept very clean and were adequate for our stay and the staff were always ready to help if needed. Located within walking distance of a small town with local bars and friendly residents... there are also other areas of interest within short driving distance of the hotel.

Hotel located in a cute town. The room smelled terrible of heavy cigarette smoke, hallways smelled very musty. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work , so windows had to be kept open and a constant VERY LOUD train goes by in front of the hotel windows. Only one very thin overly washed towel was given per person at this spa hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, without any way of drying it, since this towel didn’t dry overnight by itself: no bath robe to use in the spa. Required to wear a mask to walk into a hot thermal pool room area (!), but no mask was required anywhere else on the property (!!!), so this is very silly. No one spoke English to give any directions to explore the area or answer any questions

Great property with lovely facilities we struggled parking and there was quite a bit of rubbish just outside the hotel, but overall very good.

Mejor buscar otro Hotel. Un engaño. Pagamos 200 euros con media pensión, pensando que realmente era de 4 *, pero solo llegar a recepción nos ofrecieron una habitación algo más grande por 30 euros más. El spa 45 minutos, con muy pocos chorros para la cantidad de personas que estábamos. La cena vergonzosa, encontramos hasta dos pelos en el plato .Casi todo son frituras congeladas de mala calidad. El poco pescado sin sabor. No volveremos y recomendamos buscar otro alojamiento cercano a las personas que busquen algo de más calidad. no se olviden que el precio es carísimo para lo que ofrecen

Mala habitación,para abrir la puerta puedes estar una hora hasta conseguirlo,el bar mal atendido y sucio.El spa 45 minutos y nada especial y la comida de las peores que he visto y probado y caro.Por no tener no tiene papeleras en la habitación.No lo recomendaría a nadie,no parece de 4 estrellas ni mucho menos

Conozco este hotel, donde me he alojado muchos años, éste, de 2024, estuve alojada 12 días, con mi marido en el mes de marzo y ha sido la debacle. Somos muy crédulos y nos dejamos engañar por una publicidad engañosa. En instalaciones de uso general, se presentan deficiencias importantes por escaso o nulo mantenimiento, que pueden desembocar peligros para el público que se aloja. En la piscina de agua termal mantienen el agua fría todos los días, solo la calientan el domingo. Los tratamientos que te ofrecen nada más entrar, muy deficientes, los masajes, como si tú mismo te acariciaras la pierna o el brazo, no son profesionales los que los dan, solo sirven para vaciarte la cartera, y el capítulo comida: el desayuno incluye una bollería y dulces de la gama más baja, cargados de azúcares y grasas trans, los que sobran te los meten camuflados de postre en la cena y el bufé de comida: hidratos de carbono a tope, alimentos procesados y precocinados. Los que dirigen el chiringuito están en plan de ahorro a costa del dinero, cuando no de la salud de los clientes. Para no volver. Este balneario hotel Alhama de Aragón, las cuatro estrellas que aparecen en su fachada hace mucho tiempo que se apagaron. Lo mejor que hay allí, es la gente que sirve en la cafetería y en el comedor

Hemos estado de lujo, ya hace muchos años que vamos y siempre nos vamos agradecidos por el trato de todo el personal y por su organización. Es un lugar q puedes visitar en cualquier época del año, con bonitas excursiones a su alrededor, y dónde poder relajarte y descansar. Gracias de nuevo un año más.

Disfrutamos de 2 días con sus noches. Los desayunos, muy bien, y las cenas, superior. Dispones de gran variedad de comida, desde la más sana (verduras, hortalizas, ensaladas, de cuchara...) a fritos y de picar . La piscina del SPA está muy bien diseñada y con espacios suficientes, el masaje relax muy bien, el circuito de contrastes es agradable la única pega és que los sillones calientes del final del recorrido estaban pendientes de revisión (no olviden que en 1 semana cerraban a efectos de mantenimiento). Y de los baños del moro y la mora no pienso contar nada, tienen que probarlo ustedes.
