Just come back from a week's stay, hotel was reasonable 4*. It's great location 2 minutes from the sandy beach. Very clean throughout. The staff especially reception were really helpful. The pool was freezing but we went mid May so probably take time to warm up. Breakfast had a reasonable buffet selection ncluding fresh omelettes. I wasn't to keen on the bathroom/toilet door being frosted glass especially as we are 2 friends but we managed. Highly recommend S'amfora restaurant , it is less than 2 minutes from the hotel

Hotel was great, very clean and in a beautiful location however, not worth it for all inclusive. We had to pay additional for cocktails and the drinks that were included as part of our all inclusive package were minimal and underwhelming. Staff also struggled to understand basic drinks at times and often made incorrect drinks as a result. Not many options for food, lack of variety for fussy eaters and a lack of basic items such as chicken etc. Rooms were very clean however hotel failed to mention prior to check in about a fee plus deposit for the safe - not major but would have been nice to know at time of check in to save the hassle of going up and down from reception. Our room also had a faulty plug next to the bed - again, not major but is frustrating when you’ve paid so much money.

Lovely hotel and staff. Location good and all areas clean and tidy at all times. Rooms were small but beds were very comfortable!!

Very happy with my stay at this Hotel. Me and my partner went all inclusive for 7 days and loved every second of it. Staff: The hotel staff are lovely, always smiling and happy to help whenever and the entertainment staff are amazing too, Great laughs and many games for adults and kids alike, won myself 4 medals ;) great fun, and great variety of entertainment. They will be missed by us for sure!!! Food: The food is also great, there isnt a massive selection compared with other All-Inclusives but it makes up for that with the fresh food that gets cooked infront of you! And its to a high quality too, being 3 - 4 main choices and a wide variety of sides. The Rooms: Me and my partner stayed in the double room and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and look immaculate. The only downside id say is the soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours conversations clear as day. Not an issue for us as we were just in the room to sleep mostly, but could be an issue if youre looking for privacy. The Location: The location is amazing, with a shop on every corner, pubs/clubs dotted around the place, numerous restraunts, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away with an included all inclusive beach bar with snacks and wide variety of drinks! The views are amazing too, some really excellent scenery that makes for some amazing photos. Summary: Great hotel, great staff, great place to stay! Location is perfect, the whole package is worth the money. Only negative is how you can hear everything your neighbours are up to. But i would 100% come back again and just might.

A lovely hotel . Excellent location in the middle of small town , 2 mins from beach but overlooking a lake . We had all inclusive and the food was varied and plenty of choice . I loved the fish which was grilled especially for you and plenty of salads . You can have a snack 24/7 . we arrived at 1 am and there was fruit , coffee , sandwiches and a pasta dish. Plenty of sun loungers. Daily entertainment 2 times a day . Rooms fine but smallish. WiFi good but didn’t reach pool . Staff wonderful

Me and my partner aged between 27-31 arrived at the end of April and stayed until the 4th May. The hotel was full of a lot older people like 60+. All of the outside areas are none smoking, beach bar was closed even though we was advised it was open. No entertainment. Very disappointing stay for us. Food was nice and drinks were very good and bed was comfy.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel having visited last year when Alcudia was having a heatwave. We travel frequently and this hotel is the cleanest we have been to with the staff working tirelessly to clean absolutely every where every day. Reception staff are again very smart, professional and friendly, and soon we were in our room on the 4th floor with views overlooking the pool area. The restaurant ambulance is spacious and clean with regular friendly staff to great you and clear away tables ect. Our only disappoin**ent this year was the food was bland in flavour and on the whole hot food was not hot even at when the restaurant had just opened. No heated plates available as per normal in restaurants for the "hot" buffet, when you get your food you can't use the only small microwave as the dinner plates will not fit in! The restaurant has abundance of chefs/cooks going around the buffet area's to ensure there is plenty of food available and the food area's are clean. We have never ever seen chefs checking foods with temperature probes, had they done so they would have found food cold or just warm. At breakfast the two toasters were old and useless, soon queues would form as everyone had to put the bread/rolls through 3 or 4 times to get toasted. Common sense you would expect the breakfast cereals would be located adjacent to the milk but no more. Scrambled eggs often look like they had made along time before the restaurant opened. Other differences from 2023 stay was no daily fruit smoothies, tradition jam preserves are no longer in jars but syrup style dispensers and not quality. The hotel is in a great location very close to the fantastic beach, the hotel pool area is superb with new area for the residents on all-inclusive.

Hotel has a good location But, the food and entertainment is catered for German/Spanish. If you are booking AI be aware that in the main bar/lounge you have to pay for coffees/drinks, this is used for the evening entertainment, but, again caters for German/Spanish. Didn't like the idea of a frosted glass panel for the bathroom door!! Could have done with a desk/dressing table in room and a full length wardrobe to hang dresses up! We won't be recommending to anyone and won't be returning. A few we spoke to said they wouldn't return to hotel.

Antonio in the restaurant is exceptional! Great service and very nice! Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy! Always something to eat and drink! Very nice area right near the beach. Overall a very lovely experience with welcoming staff! Thank you very much especially Antonio!!
