酒店總體環境不錯，但房間有潮濕的味道，通風不足。自助早餐非常豐盛，特別滿意！另外就是小童入住需要單獨付費，這個倒是之前沒遇到過的。

Just got back from a stay at Iberostar Blanca, very pleased, Check in and out very smooth and quick, staff really are the nicest, friendliest bunch, you usually get one miserable one but not here! When you check in you get asked to pick a breakfast, lunch and evening time (All inclusive) which you can change at any time at the front desk. Lots of engagement with dining staff and my 13 years old son on his various football shirts each day, a playful boo or thumbs up and cheer. Which he loved. Rooms (Floor 2) spacious, clean and well equipped, we did have a problem with our toilet not flushing but they sent a plumber up and he sorted it the same day. Rooms have a hob and a pan to boil water but no kettle, we asked for extra pillows and got them quickly. There is a Bath in the rooms which is great after a day of walking, however they are quite narrow and deep, both my elbows were bruised haha. Location is fab! Right on the beach, various supermarkets and a Spar right outside, Pizza Hut and KFC literally outside the front doors. €8 to the Port in a taxi, or a lovely 15 min walk and €8 to old town, for the market (Sundays and Tuesdays) The taxi park up is a two minute walk from the hotel. While we were there the hotel had a Greek night, Mexican night, American night? Italian And seafood night Snack truck is fab, serving toasties, popcorn chicken, hot dogs, chips, cakes. Fresh juices every morning including a detox juice . We didn’t use the Spa but it looked good, the treatments are a paid extra starting around €58 for a facial - €100 for a massage. Towels can be rented for €20 which you get back when you return them. Entertainment good, loads for the kids clubs including pottery, picnics and crafts. No issues getting sunbeds any time of the day, taxi rank is a two min walk from outside the hotel. Not a big alchohol drinker but got San Miguel gluten free beer whenever I asked. CONS Not many! Air con wasn’t great, we did struggle with the heat last two nights as it didn’t seem to be doing much even on full blast. Can be loud with people dragging suitcases and kids screaming up to 12am in the hallways, which bedroom connects too. But evening entertainment over and done by 10pm so no problems there. Pools were clean but we didn’t once see anyone fishing out the leaves which were at the bottom the pool floor, a quick fix to make it feel cleaner. Also pools quite cold, not enough to put the kids off but tough on this 38 year old woman haha. Weather last week hit and miss, out of five days three were hot and sunny, two rainy days. The clouds are deceptive as lots of people were still sunburnt on an overcast day. Would recommend a hoodie and thin trousers for the evenings and windy days. Overall, we would recommend this hotel, the location is really great and makes up for the other small issues. The hotel has ramps and is very accessible including an aid at the main pool for seated dipping. There is an area towards the back of

Could not recommend this hotel enough. As a family the facilities are amazing, a beach right outside! The pool is open daily and a lifeguard on duty. The food (all inclusive) is just unbelievable. These people work above and beyond to make sure your holiday is the best. Unlimited cocktails are proving a hit! Unlimited ice creams, a burger van open daily incase you get hungry, kids drinks available day and night, hot or cold. so much outside the hotel right on the doorstep to do as well, beautiful walks in both directions. The entertainment is great family fun, kids clubs included treasure hunts and bonfires. Highly recommend the "old town" for a day out. We are only half way through our holiday and I don't want to leave. Worth every minute here!

Now for someone who doesn’t do ‘all inclusive, family, school holiday holidays’ I find myself here now with some friends and their children. Pleasantly surprised in all areas of this establishment from the rooms to the entertainment. The kiddies are happy with the pool, beach on the doorstep, food and entertainment and us adults are very happy all around! The staff friendly and pleasant, the rooms are clean and serviced well, the restaurant works like a machine and the house drinks are very good. Location is excellent, 20 metres to the beach and a few metres out front to bars and restaurants. Being in hospitality myself I can understand the vast operation going on here and I applaud them in the delivery. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone .

Excellent staff and food, we had a wonderful family holiday. Thank you. The kids enjoyed every bit of the time and the evening entertainment was excellent overall. Very well located right on the beach. We had all inclusive and the food provided was excellent, great variety and very good quality.

Perfect location beside the beach. The food has been awesome and the restaurant is always open, but most of all the staff can not do enough to make sure you relax and have everything you need, plus they keep our kids entertained all day. Very pleased we chose this hotel. Highly recommend.

The best trip I've ever had. The rooms were so clean and the staff were so friendly. Helped us wherever needed. A special thanks for the Chefs Pau, Susana and Truji who made us delicious vegan food. They made each and every requested meal especially for us. The list of vegan dishes made for us including desserts: Aglio e olio Pasta Pesto Pasta Vegan meatballs and Sausages Vegan Paella Mushroom gravy Vegan Lasagna Vegan Pancakes Tempeh with Mushrooms Vegan Chocolate cake & Carrot cake Chia seed pudding Rice pudding with coconut milk Fresh Fruits Sorbet Tacos with Avocado Aside from the above mentioned dishes, there are other vegan options available in the buffet. They have made it much clearer by adding the labels to each dishes. This was very helpful to navigate in the buffet hall. Vegans coming here won’t be disappointed by the food. You’ll get confused on what to eat and will surely gain some weight before leaving this place😂 The experience was much better than a 5 star restaurant. Would love to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommendable!!!!

The holiday was lovely start to finish , Big size room easy for a family of 5 The hotel is well equipped for familys and all ages activities for the children Staff go above and beyond to help were they can They all work really hard from cleaners to kitchen staff Food is constantly renewed an fresh So much options to suit all pallets You can get from hotel its self right onto the beach which is ideal with children Entertainment all day everyday which is perfect as weather was hit and miss so this kept children happy

Very pleased with our stay, we’ve been here for 6 days and it’s been amazing, staff are so friendly and helpful and food was really good, clearly labelled, fresh and delicious. Hotel is kept very clean and tidy, cleaners did a great job on our room everyday and were so friendly. Will definitely be back again, thank you for a lovely stay

We are just home from 7 nights in Cuidad blanca. Despite a day of rain and cloud at the start we had a wonderful stay. We were half board and the food was absolutely beautiful,plenty variety and so fresh and tasty. The hotel is spotless clean and the staff are kind and attentive, especially good with kids too. I had an issue with a lost bag and all staff especially Carolina the manager were so helpful and I retrieved my bag. I would recommend to go all inclusive when booking if you can as the quality of the food and entertainment is so good you won't find better outside of the hotel. We did walk down to the port one day and got a nice lunch but if you have small kids like us you won't want to be down there everyday. The hotel is on the beach front and the beach is stunning.

I stayed a weekend for my Ironman 70.3 race. It is a very nice hotel, staff was very friendly, food was great, location is very convenient. And an amazing view out of my window. One thing that was a bit disturbing was the music show until 10 pm while I planned to go to bed very early, but that was not too loud. It is also a great place to come with kids.

Probably the best hotel in Mallorca never mind Alcudia, the whole place is spotlessly clean the staff are all friendly helpful and always have a smile for you. The food was good quite varied, although sometimes it could have been a bit warmer but thats the same with most hotels, The place is very well managed and the entertainment is very professional.

The food was great lots of choice and well presented. The staff were friendly. A great place for children. Outdated rooms needs attention. Our stay was all inclusive. Lots of variety on the drinks. We departed at 7.30 am but no place to have a coffee. The whole place was spotless, gardens, etc. All in all a 7 day stay. We will be certainly back again.
