Setiap kali saya melakukan perjalanan bisnis, saya harus menghabiskan banyak waktu untuk memilih hotel dengan hati-hati. Saya pikir ini adalah hotel dengan rasio harga-kinerja bagus yang dekat dengan ruang tamu. I chose this hotel to be near the Yunnan Ethnicities Village and Lake Dian. The room was well appointed and breakfast spread was very good for China hotel standards. We had an early start for a day trip and the hotel prepared packed breakfast sets for us to take away. Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

The perfect place if you want to discover the dianchi lake...

Room is nice and clean. Probably the best hotel around that area. Located opposite the lake. Just that the room is a little on the small side. The room can be unlocked by a face scan that is very cool. The staffs are very nice.

We were in Kunming only 2 nights and wanted to stay close to the Dianchi. You cannot beat this location: it’s right across the street from the lake. We used the city bike next to the hotel to ride around. We were probably the only foreigners that weekend but the staff was wonderful. I called a couple of days prior our stay and get their wechat contact so it was easier to communicate. Chen Haijiao (Emma) was really helpful the whole stay. She answered all my questions about Covid regulations, found a driver to go to the stone forest, booked another one to get to the the train station,… The room was spotless, beautiful and the breakfast buffet, mainly Chinese, was good too. The hotel is located next to the sport center and we get free access to the indoor committee pool. There is a kids friendly and swimming pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The service really was outstanding, from the front desk to the cleaning and restaurant staff. We had a direct lake view from our 3rd floor room where we could watch the sunset, or we could go for a walk by the lake. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a very high quality feel to it, and the vast lobby has glass ornaments hanging from the ceiling which make a cool sound when the wind blows through them. It truly is art. Free parking is also a bonus. As we live in Kunming we will definitely have more "staycations" there. Perfect! 服务超级周道，房间干净精致，位置方便风景优美。住宿体验完美！10/10

We stayed one night on our way to Yuanyang. We just needed a place to have a good sleep and this hotel was great for that. Super quiet and very clean. The hotel room is well-equipped with everything you could want so I would say that if you are traveling for business, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is big but feels cold. Overall, great for business, but not for a romantic getaway.

這次昆明之行入住滇池邊上的維笙望湖酒店，真是一次驚喜，酒店位置優越，大堂氣派，實際豪華感受遠勝於照片拍攝出來的效果。大堂賈經理和工作人員非常專業，恰到好處的給住客提供很多有用的訊息。前台服務員帶我們辦理登記後還引導我們到達四樓客房。客房定的是家庭套房，一張兩米的大床，另一個房間是兩張小床，中間有一道隔門，一家四口入住可以非常舒適。酒店大堂和客房的裝修材料品質高端，新款Toto衞浴，全自動窗簾，真正的五星級酒店設施。恰逢家人生日，酒店精心準備了紅絲絨蛋糕，給我們一個大大的驚喜，而且女兒説蛋糕口味很好。離店時忘了一件襯衣在衣櫃裏，服務員立刻彙報給前台並電話通知我們，我們幾分鐘後折返酒店順利取回衣服。

酒店位置得天獨厚，離海埂大壩就隔一條馬路，住的湖景房躺在床上就能欣賞滇池風光。房間智能化管理，刷臉就能進去，非常方便。衞生乾淨，定時打掃，服務細緻周到，每天晚上還會拉好窗簾，鋪好防滑墊。感謝工作人員小蔣和小普的熱心服務，專業能力一級棒👍🏻，非常推薦這個酒店，下次有機會來滇池還會入住。

住過那麼多酒店還是第一次感受到如此糟糕的服務，帶孩子來基地踢球，由於我家晚飯時單獨行動訂房間的時候沒統一訂，等晚上回來的時候答覆我不可能再按我們團隊的價格，多出了一百多也就算了，當時外面下大雨，又必須和小夥伴住一起，講話絲毫沒有一點暖意，也毫無人情，還説我不住換地方把身份證遞給我。現在的酒店服務竟然差到這種程度嗎？第二天一早我們就退了房，孩子們因為比賽全身濕透了也不能回房間，為了趕第二場比賽團隊統一叫了盒飯，和酒店前台溝通能不能讓孩子們在酒店大堂裏快速吃完飯我們就走，結果一樣毫無人情冷暖，看着一個個濕漉漉的孩子他們也忍心，這樣的酒店一輩子難忘，也奉勸沒住的客人千萬不要考慮，下場就是花錢買一堆氣受，主要離基地近，要不周圍那麼多的酒店為何非要選它，高興奮而來，憤怒而歸。
