Pots, induction cookers, and microwaves are all available! The owner generously prepared a large bottle of Evian mineral water. The location is very good, surrounded by residential areas, there are many Chinese restaurants, and there is also a very large and cheap drug store. The only drawback is that there is a bar downstairs, which is a bit noisy. Everything else is fine!
