Alcocebre Suites Hotel 3000

So ive just booked into alternate accommodation because this place was locked up with not a soul on site. They had a chain on the back doors which was worrying and not really welcoming. I had messaged frequently to arrange check in and was told to pick up my keys between 1700 and 2000 from reception. I waited... I phoned and was informed I had to send proof of identity and my card details. It was a private not corporate watsap number. I was reluctant to do this and google checked the wisdom of agreeing to this! Google advised not to. I was then told it was a remote check in and I would be given access once I'd given my card details! I had paid via ***********. I found alternative accommodation but requested the reception staff phone to ensure my limited spanish wasnt the problem. The original accommodation shouted and hung up! I think they may be missing the point about the HOSPITALITY industry. Do not. I repeat DO NOT go. I had to give 1 mark out of 5 because I couldn't submit with zero. Its zero!
