1. Stay was good. Homely and peaceful. 2. Amenities and service could be better at the applied rate. 3. Quality of tea etc could be better for customer satisfaction. 4. Intercom found cut off specially in the morning, while people need service. 5. Otherwise overall good.

Location little bit away from mall food not available housekeeping poor services not up to mark

Location is very good. But they will not provide you with any food. Only breakfast is available as per their options.

It’s a very average hotel , hotel’s ambience is fine , location is good , but staffs are very unprofessional, you have to tell them at least 3 to 4 times to get what u need 😞. Overall it’s okay !! They have all possible opportunities to be a good hotel, if they focus on their professionalism. Good luck . The owner is very generous .

Location was good view frm top was awesome. Hotel staff were friendly, had a great time. Ty darjeeling hope to see u again.

Actually stay was good but once or twice there was a situation when we dint got the orders in time but overall the staff was helpful when ever needed help.

The rooms weren’t that clean also staffs weren’t helpful regarding informations we wanted to know about going to some places or so. The homestay/hotel closes by 10 and we weren’t informed about that either. We were roaming in the mall and came back at 11:00 and found out it was locked. Rang the bell couple of times and then had to call them 2-3 times then waited for 10-15 mins and we could get in. Location was it was great. Hot water doesn’t remain hot after using the tap for about 5mins. All rooms don’t have a good view either like ours didn’t. Lighting in rooms were poor too. Haven’t tried their food though there are plenty of good options in mall road both street food and places like keventers and glenarys. All in all for the price we paid it wasn’t that satisfactory.

Superb people, excellent location and would love to visit again and the view of valley and mountains are unbelievable.

Amazing stay. Staff was very helpful, they guided well on tourist spots and local conveyance, definitely recommended
