Jika Anda datang ke pesta, lokasinya bagus, tetapi hotelnya jauh dari jalan bar, jadi sangat tenang, 5 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai. Kami memiliki studio 10 di atas resepsionis, tetapi balkonnya terlalu kecil, jadi kami meminta pengganti. Kami memiliki studio dengan taman di lantai pertama.

Was a good location for what we wanted to see. Only complaint was towels put on sunbeds and then not used. Staff friendly and well equipped apartment

We stayed here for new year for 5 nights and we had the best time! I would 100% stay here again. It’s in a great location near lots of pubs & restaurants. The room was lovely we were 2 adults 2 kids we had a room with two floors and two balcony’s. Beds comfy plenty of space in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it. Great little shop in reception cheap as well for necessities coffee milk crisps etc. staff were VERY friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to find a screwdriver to put batteries in my little girls toy she bought. Outdoor pool was freezing but it was December. The indoor pool was fantastic we used this every day and the jacuzzi. We got clean towels every second day but our room was never cleaned or beds made. This didn’t bother me too much as we only stayed 5 nights. Was amazing to watch the fireworks at midnight on our balcony! Lots of memories made thank you for a wonderful stay! Albufeira is an amazing place you won’t be disappointed

I have just come back from a 3 day trip to Algarve and stayed in this hotel. I had booked this through EasyJet Holidays and it was a fair price of £214 each, I came with one friend. So a trip with 2 young girls (20) Upon arrival, check in was straightforward other than being demanded €100 per person deposit in cash, this was not stated online so thought it were a scam. ATM machine is outside of the hotel and it only takes out euros, they offered us to pay in pounds too but didn’t bring any cash. I asked some people who were walking into the hotel, a group of young lads to which they said they had the same experience and were a group of 8 so €800 deposit. Since being here I have witnessed at reception an elderly couple not being charged the €100 euro fee, so seems rather ageist towards the younger youth. Rooms were very basic, no beds only hard sofas with 2 flat pillows and a thin blanket. Many ants running wild in the rooms. It has everything you’d need including a kitchenette and ironing facilities, shower was okay but goes cold after 5 minutes. Pool facilities are nice, 2 outdoor pools and 1 inside pool plus jacuzzi. We were greeted with a long list of rules (I have attached a photo) I found some of these rules a bit over the top, such as no music by the pool and no inflatables, some rules were fair. Hotel guests vary from young adults to elderly, I have not seen any families with young kids here. Wouldn’t recommend for people with younger children. The hotel is situated in a great location, 5 minutes away from the ***** and a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Plenty of food and drink places around, we were self catering and did not struggle to find something to eat. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for people who just want a base to put their head down. However you get what you pay for, so can’t expect the world of it. Many thanks for a nice stay.

Awful experience , apartment infested with Mosquitos , given a bottle of spray , not offered to move or move to another hotel , daughter covered in bites and photo evidence sent to jet 2 straight away after being made to sleep in an infested room . Rep not on site to support and no contact made with us despite our calls , messages with jet 2 24/7 staff and hotel . Appliances seen better days , kettle inside paint coming off when throw water away Followed all jet 2 t&c as instructed and forwarding evidence and complaint as per procedure as instructed by jet2 and getting an early flight home to my extra cost . Meant to be for my daughters 21 st totally ruined jet2 say they won't give any compensation only reimburse for flight home despite admitting the hotel was not fit to stay in and they had not supported on site . After asking why not allowed to move hotels to be told it takes 72 hours to move people and you were there on the weekend for 5 nights and would therefore be coming home by time the move would have been sorted makes you think well they had no intention of moving us anyway Advised to contact ABTA and travel insurance. Lost all confidence in Jet 2 despite the 24/7 help desk staff helpful whilst crying in resort and arranging a flight home . If you use the indoor pool there is green all the way around and the jacuzzi has ants wandering around (we didn't raise this but anyone going just have a look! ) Thing is this could and probably was a lovely hotel previously but our experience was horrific with no help or support to offer compensation , so doesn't matter how many videos , photos and the fact you follow jet 2 t&c they wont help you , we paid good money for 5 days please consider carefully . We have a video that shows the magnitude of the problem that possibly doesnt show on these photos !!

Great location Very tired room Mould on walls Mould on curtains Bedding and bed damp A shame because they are trying so hard Jet 2 informed but come back with so much crap in emails about reading the terms and conditions They don't tell you it's a p1ss poor dump but we will still take your money I blame Jet 2 not the owners If they can get away with it they will No answer from resort rep on phone Reception managed to forget how to speak English A real shame but overall did not dampen our holiday The bedsheets did that 🤨

The hotel is very good.staff very helpful. Apartment has 3 balconies which means the sun all day, if it’s out . The stairs up to bedroom can be a little challenging for some but has a sturdy handrail. of course. The indoor pool is warm and jacuzzi good. If the bar was open it would be perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Went in January not a lot open beds very uncomfortable definitely needed to be renewed lovely place and people would definitely go back if beds renewed staff friendly and helpfull was with in walking distance of old town 25 mins beach's lovely very clean

Great location right by the ***** and only a short walk into the old town. The grounds and pool were both spotless, staff we spoke to were all very nice. Room was a little dated and could do with upgrading, maybe the cleaners need to be a bit more vigilant when cleaning the rooms as we noticed a bucket of KFC chicken in the microwave presumably from a previous guest! (We eat out for the duration of our stay so didn’t use the facilities). Hopefully they’ve noticed it this time or it may still be there for the next guests.
