Checkin in is quick and easy. Staff helped us find charger cord because we left ours. The only problem is that the AC is not working properly it’s not cold enough because of that we have hard time to sleep.

A clean, modern hotel right on the water and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the replica of a historic ship.

It is a very good hotel. The only thing, you don’t have a coffeemaschine.

The experience was awesome, the service was best, clean rooms and toilets, the cleaner was so honest, i have left my Apple Watch while visited Albany when i came back the watch was still at the same place where i have left it. I am very impressed by service as well. I forgot to drop towels on the floor so they didnt change the towels, when i came back to hotel and i have noticed the towels didn’t change due to my misunderstanding the receptionist came and drop the cleaned towels in couple of minutes. The staff was amazing and the hotel location was awesome Highly recommend

Good room location. We enjoyed our stay here in Albany Hilton garden inn.

Had to find last minutes reservation here due to unforeseen circumstances at our original booking at other accomodation. Very clean and nice. Will be back here next time again.

Perfect location but no room service for food. Housekeeping poor. Came to clean room but didn’t change dirty linen. Love breakfast and location.
