I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Отличный отель, есть все, что нужно. Еда просто выше всех похвал. Отличный спа и массаж. Рядом много магазинов и есть где погулять по набережной

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a great week. The hotel is spotless, the staff are so friendly and the all inclusive food is incredible! We highly recommend the spa, its so rejuvenating. We opted for the package that included a sauna, steam room, turkish bath then the 60min massage - could not have faulted it. Meriyem and Miya certainly looked after us and really worked away all of our life stresses. A very welcome break for us both, we'll definitely return.

We stayed here for a week in May 2024 with an all-inclusive package, and it was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options and a variety of good drinks. The spa was excellent, with Nuri, the massage therapist, doing a great job and even fixing my injured shoulder. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the hotel. The amenities included a pool, a gym, and entertaining evening shows, and I enjoyed the fitness classes as well. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach. The latter also features a pier for sunbathing with access to water and a shower.

Had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, spotless too! ALL staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful. We especially liked that you could not 'bag' a sun lounger before 9.30am, a sign was put on every lounger, one of my pet peeves that people bag one and then go and have a leisurely breakfast! So was very happy about that!

Currently here for a second year during the Easter holidays. All I can say is WOW. The food, service, cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms, hotel and pool are spotlessly clean, the wonderful cleaning team are so hard working and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding, and new water in our mini fridge. Rooms are spacious and modern. The food! An amazing variety of dishes at both lunch and dinner, and themed nights every other night! (The tacos and chicken wraps on Mexican night were delicious, as well as the freshly cooked Seabass on seafood night!) the breakfast has a great choice, with freshly made toasted sandwiches and lovely Omelettes made by Aynur every morning. The fried chicken and burgers at the poolside snack bar (open from 10:30-midnight, closed only during dinner service) were always freshly made and delicious. The biggest asset to this hotel are the wonderful staff- they are attentive, friendly and cannot do enough for you. A big thank you to Yasemin, Leyla and Layla - we were never without a freshly made iced coffee, Turkish tea, ice cream or slice of San Sebastián cheesecake at the patisserie! (You must visit the on-site patisserie- their cakes and drinks are incredible) We visited the Thursday market which is directly outside the hotel and got some great bargains! It’s huge! We also, on a couple of occasions, got a short taxi ride (€5) to the centre of Alanya (ask to go to Centrum) where there are hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. Another amazing stay at Sunprime C-Lounge, we are currently booking to come back again at the same time!

Me and my friend had an amazing experience here. Would definitely recommend. The massage was very professional and the masseuse (Githa) was definitely well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. Would definitely recommend! I would be visiting again when I come turkey next time.

Very good overall, could make some improvements but no real complaints. Hotel is beautiful. Our room was perfect with daily cleaning and very helpful domestic staff. Probably a 4 star but lovely interiors throughout. Staff generally very friendly, polite and professional. One or two could soften their manner but I think that’s down to the culture. Food was lovely, always fresh and plentiful. Drinks were a big disappointment, we are not big drinkers thankfully because the quality of both the alcohol and non alcoholic drinks were poor, in my opinion. We were all inclusive and it wasn’t cheap but I’d rather have paid a bit extra to include a decent cocktail, spirit or fizzy juice. We could buy them but quite expensive to buy from the bars. Entertainment was quite good but very loud until midnight, which was ok for us but there were a lot of elderly people in the hotel who maybe wanted to sleep before midnight. Pool and private beach area were fab, other than the grit, rather than sand. I much prefer a sand beach but you can’t have it all! The Sandal Spa was amazing. I had the usual Hamam followed by 30 minute massage on day 2 to prepare my skin and I felt so relaxed and well looked after by SANTI, who was amazing, I booked a package of 5 x one hour massages spread throughout my holiday and did not regret it at all. I cannot speak highly enough of the SPA staff who totally made my holiday complete so thank you so much ?Effen and SANTI. My only real irritation is the distance from the hotel to the centrum, it’s around 5K, which in the heat is too far to walk so we took taxis, which started at €5 each way but increased to €10 each way the last few days. I would like to see the hotel putting on a shuttle bus service, even at a small charge. Overall we had an 8/10 holiday.

Friendly staff. Good food. Air conditioning system is not working well, too hot in the room. What I could recommend is Sandal Turkish Bath and SPA. Superb massage from Meriyem and of course Hamam with coffee scrub and foam. It’s like being born again

On arrival 10pm they did not have a room for us. We had food in the snack bar. They took us to another hotel for the night and returned next morning at 9am to take us back to Sunprime. (These things happen) we did receive some freebie’s for the inconvenience I cannot fault the hotel, very clean throughout the whole building. Staff are so friendly Food is lovely, snack bar open until 12pm 10 minute taxi ride into Alanya (8 euros) Shops, restaurants within 10 minute walk Street market outside hotel on a Thursday Highly recommend the lemon ice cream from the pattisere, cakes are lovely open until 10pm Always plenty sunbeds, there is also a pier on the beach with sunbeds. People we met it was there 5th visit. Highly recommend.
