Club Big Blue Suit Hotel - All Inclusive

We were 3 people staying at this beautiful hotel. Everything was superlative, the staff, the cleanliness, the food. I want to highlight and thank first of all the chefs (probably I am subjective as a former chef),who worked a lot and very well. Oscar Hasan Arslan, the owner of the clothing store next to the reception, is a phenomenal guy. So is Harun from the massage-spa. The receptionists are always helpful and polite. Thanks to the cleaning ladies who made the rooms shine! Thank you very much!!! Liviu-Jaguar.

We were a party of 4 who booked a last minute week away in the sun. Unfortunately when we arrived we found that the room had been set up with 3 beds in one room and 1 in the other, the picture on the holiday company website showed 2 in each. The reception staff seemed surprised that we were all in one room. On arrival at the room, we didn’t have enough towels, cups etc, there was only 3 of everything but this was soon rectified when we contacted reception. The air con did not work, nobody had told us that the balcony door had to be closed and locked, we found this out after speaking to other guests. Housekeeping was faultless, our room was cleaned every day and our towels renewed every other day. The tea/coffee was not replenished every time but luckily we did take our own supplies. The WiFi was non existent unless you were in reception but we were told we could pay 2 euros a day to upgrade which we all did, the only issue with that is if you wanted to pay in English pounds that the amount doubled (14 euros became 25 pounds). The food was okay, this always seemed to be cold or tepid which was a real shame and the options sometimes seemed a little strange but we always found something to eat which is the main thing. The beach bar was still being built when we went there but were given the option to use another one at a cost but the owner was quite rude to us so we decided to head back to the hotel pool. Kleopatras beach is a must and the cable car was also a great experience. We took a taxi to the Marina a couple of times and had a meal & drinks out which made a nice change. The entertainment was good, something different every night and Haribo is a great asset to the hotel. The bar staff are all really friendly and helpful and the drinks on offer are adequate, would be a bonus if there was a few cocktails included in the All Inclusive package but we were able to create our own sangria which was very tasty. We did approach the reception staff several times regarding our issues and they did sort them out but we ended up with the feeling that we just became a hindrance to them. We didn’t pay an awful lot for our week away and made the most of it but in our honest opinion the hotel is not a 4* but also appreciate that everyone has different opinions and standards. Please don’t let this put you off from going there, it just wasn’t what we expected or hoped for.

Good hotel a lot of polish people. Very tasty food always find something to eat. Clean rooms. Animation Haribo doing great job. Everyday show programs and also free disco bus to clubs. We enjoyed it. Maybe just a minus there were not enough forks at the dinner time.

First time visiting Alanya and travelling on my own. From arriving to leaving I was very impressed. A bit apprehensive going to Turkey on my own but I will be back without a doubt. My room was immaculate and I was always able to get a sunbed. The staff are so helpful and Haribo made sure I was ok everyday. I met some lovely people and the hotel had such a nice a**osphere. There was always something to eat and drink and they couldn’t be more helpful. Perfect for families, friends or travelling alone.

Fantastic hotel! Great entertainment and a**osphere with haribo. We enjoy the foods was tasty always find something to eat. Nice beach not far from the hotel. Clean pool and rooms. Services are fast. Friendly staff. We like that hotel. Want to back.

Fantastic hotel great entertainment program Haribo was amazing. very clean and great customer service.food was also good great selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely be returning here. Housekeeping was also impeccable 👌 👏

Nice renovated hotel. Nice service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Points to Haribo the entertainer👌😊 He takes guests to bar every night, free rides and one drink for free! Hamam was awesome!! Everything was new: sauna, bathing section.

My stay at Club Big Blue Suite was nice! The food is great, hotel is nice and clean, people working there are really friendly. The entertainment was great! Special mention to Haribo - you are doing good job! He made great contact with all the guests, he was full of good energy, always smiling!

The one of the best hotel in Alanya ☺️ rooms and the whole hotel is very clean and beautiful, as well as the location of the hotel. The food is delicious and varied, we love it ☺️ The employees of the hotel do they best every day to make your holiday.
