Beautiful and quiet environment, rich breakfast. The boss is hospitable and actively helps to find solutions to problems. The hotel is located in the business district of the town, and the scenery is right outside your door! !

It was a complete disaster. The first two days we had no hot water. The room was so small that two people and two suitcases barely fit in. The toilets just stank all the time. As the room was on the ground floor, you could hear every single step and every single conversation people made. When we asked the hotel owner if we could have our laundry washed, we were told no problem, it would be washed. We were told we didn't have to pay for it, but we could give something in return as a kindness. The result was that the white laundry came out with stains that weren't there before. All of the white laundry is now dirty with stains because it was hung on a rod that was dirty and rusty. When we checked out, the owner stopped us and demanded money for the laundry, which shouldn't have cost anything. We then told him that the laundry had been returned with stains that weren't there. He didn't believe it until the employee himself explained it to him. There was neither an apology nor any accommodation. In the end we had to shower for two days without warm water and now we have stains on all of our clothes, and it's not even clear whether they will ever be clean again. So I absolutely don't recommend it!! The only positive thing is the location. But the hotel doesn't have much more to offer.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Bedirhan for helping us a lot. It will be very nice to have a dialogue with that person because he is really good, sincere, kind-hearted, cultured and modest. The hotel has clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Breakfast is very nice and tasty.
