I had just one night in the women's room, if you have a light sleep you should think better about this hostel, this room is in front of the street, and it's really noisy. I asked the receptionist to change my bed because I usually go to the toilet in the middle of the night, so it would be easier if I was in the down bed, and he told me it was full, and in the morning there were two empty beds. The toilets are not cleaned up and there was no soap to wash the hands. Breakfast was ok, but there were no sufficient cups for everyone.

Good spot! Great people on the desk, they add a lot of heart to the place and are ever helpful. Beds are cozy and comfortable too.

the main advantage is air conditioning, the main disadvantage is it's very noisy in the common area: neither guests nor the staff respect people who are already sleeping. good location. recently renovated.

The hotel is not far from the city center and can be reached by tram or bus. The reception staff has a good service attitude. They use electronic password locks to manage entry and exit. There is a shared kitchen for use. The bathroom facilities in the basement are also sufficient. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and there is a rich breakfast for guests to enjoy☺️

Overall, it's okay. The location is good, there's a kitchen, and it's reliable. Considering the price, I would stay there again, but the soundproofing is not good and there are no lockers in the room.

Good place, 10 minutes walk from the old town. Great breakfast. I am Russian and was a little afraid that there might be some problems with the Ukrainians, of whom there are many. There were no problems or questions.

I stayed here as a solo traveller. It was clean and nice for a low-cost dormitory hostel. The room was spacious, the bed had curtains and was reasonably comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location! The public areas are a bit crowded!

Booked and paid for a 8 bed female dorm but this was changed to a 14 bed female dorm without them even asking. On two occasions males were also booked into the room and one guy refused to leave and spent the night in the dorm. There are codes to enter the buildings and the rooms but these are emailed in advance and the desk is not always manned so it’s hard to get in touch with anyone if there is an issue. The hostel only has aircon in a few rooms so other rooms are incredibly hot. There is no laundry facility. The beds sheets and towels are not changed between every guest. I watched as the cleaning lady just remade a bed and when I told her it had been slept in she just shrugged. There seems to be a lack of co-ordinating which beds had been booked and used. The kitchens are very small. There is a small bar to eat your food at but can only fit 3/4 people at a time. The bathrooms run out of toilet paper frequently and there is no way to dry your hands. The showers are not always hot. While is not a ‘party’ hostel it is noisy. You can hear through the walls and there is busy road outside where you can hear traffic and trams. The hostel entrance is also hard to locate. It is back from the main road behind a barrier. It would benefit from a sign facing the road. Positive would be the location.
