the best place to spend your vacations, both summer and winter, service at the highest level, customer care at its best, everything you need comes to you in 5 minutes at most, cleanliness at its best, a wonderful staff, it gives you the impression that you are in another world, and the food, among the best that I have eaten in my life, Asian, Balkan, European food, just come more wonderful to spend the holidays in life!

We are currently staying at this beautiful hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. After reading many reviews and researching somewhere perfect to stay I have to say we are not blown away. On arrival the hotel is breathtaking, staff very helpful and informative. There is a massive language barrier. The rooms are big and clean. Perfect for our 3 children, 9 yrs, 6 years and 12 years. The 8 restaurants they boast about are all at additional costs apart from the main one & the two bistros. The main restaurant is pretty repetitive every night.. there is always something to find but a week in we are now so bored. We ate at the steak house on our anniversary which was 45€ per person! Kids entertainment doesn’t start until 8.30pm so there is a hugeeee wait in between with nothing much to do, you can’t walk out as it’s on a main road with nothing around. The kids play area is basic & aimed at smaller children & so is the indoor bit. It’s tiny. Kids water park is very small too, aimed at younger children I’d say. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool (which is lukewarm). The evening entertainment doesn’t start till 9:45pm until 10 .30 again very hit and miss. A lot of dancing and similar shows. The games room, most of the games don’t work or work badly. The aquarium is non existent, the tank is empty with no fish. A taxi to the closest shopping centre is €30 round trip. However they drop you at their friends shop which they then try to sell you clothes/shoes etc. My daughter had Dutch coloured braids in her hair. After being told they were €80 at the end they charged us £145 as they said she had 5 colours- this was not mentioned, advised or informed that this would be an additional cost! Our mini bar was not restocked three days on the run, they said our room was locked? The doors weren’t locked but we were out during the day. Blue our rep was brill, booked us two fantastic days out. The buggy safari, zip line and quads were brilliant for the kids. Well worth the money! Just like the day at the zoo, land of the lions. We got to hold baby lion cubs. An utterly amazing experience for the children. We’ve been to the land of legends twice before which was great and worth the money. After being to turkey multiple times over the last few years, sadly we won’t be returning back to this hotel.

The most pleasant hotel experience from start to finish..friendly..professional and classic .The room was exceptional and everything you need is there.Little things like tooth brush and toothpaste,shaving cream and razor and mini fridge re stocked every day.

Quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From walking in the main door on the first day to absolutely incredible interior, to the first class service every single day - it is an experience that I will never forget. I could provide endless compliments to this hotel but my main comment for this review would be to encourage everyone to stay here! You will not regret. We cannot wait to return in the future. Wow what an excellent place! Staff were super friendly and there were loads of activities and crafting for the kids to do. Couldn’t get my son out of kids club. Lovely and clean. Ceramics, woodwork workshops, fashion design classes and much more

May be several years ago it was a luxury resort but now it is very far away from this. Service is lower than should be for such price range hotel. Food in restaurants average with poor choice . Low cost and almost missing entertainment. The only thing that was really superior were Patisseries - especially Dolmabahçe they served fantastic desserts. I don’t think that we will visit this hotel again. And after more than 20 holidays in Turkey I can surely conclude this visit was very disappointing.

Lovely room location. Sabrina took us to our room 5028 on the fifth floor. Felt looked after. Room overlooks the pool with the sun in the evening. Would definetly recommend. Location of hotel not too good as far from the shops. However plenty to keep occupied with good entertainment. Service good esp in the lobby and pool side.

The hotel on the whole was great! The buffet is actually really really good and does change every night, the lunch and snack bars are fabulous and the entertainment for the children is great, there is lots to do for adults and children. Most of the staff are really friendly we had the few staff which weren’t friendly. The room was nice but this is where I think the hotel is slightly lacking we had to ask a few times for toilet roll as it wasn’t replenished and the mini bar and water wasn’t always replenished, our shower leaked and the handle to the bath was broken none of which was horrendous I just feel these are the little things that need to addressed.
