I would agree with a three star rating. The location on the water was great and our room above the outside bar had great views and was airy. But the place is tired. The throw rug in our room was disgustingly dirty. The water was occasionally hot but didn’t last an entire shower. The items in the kitchenette were minimal - could use a dish towel, plates, bowls, more cups, etc. The big smart TV was nice. The ground were rough - Pool was very dirty, Shoreline and Marina were unkempt. The staff was awesome though! Very helpful, friendly and available.

I was going weekend vacation with my wife, ******* make a mistake not making right connections, end up I have to stay 1 night for $900, at beginning I told the hotel owner it is not his fault so I can paid the amount and he promise to give me written note a big discount for future stay to compensate my lost, and the next day worst part the owner was not honest there’s nothing written, no breakfast no one to checking out, it’s not about money lost, such a bad feeling that a vacation hotel owner lying and ******* have such bad communication to help a royal customer. Never again trust this hotel!

******* have no customer service, difficult to reach to a live agent. This hotel have no service, no proper training staff, after 8pm there’s no one in the entire hotel, before 8am there’s no one at the front desk, not able to communicate in English; totally nothing to do in the entire hotel, this is not a hotel should call them a “bed and no breakfast”

The unit was nice, though it was next to a construction zone. It seems like they are expanding and that is another pleasant by any means. The noise is horrendous and the people coming and going is annoying. We left after two nights.

The location is great, but the "hotel" (really a kind of country club that rents cabins) is over-priced for the services and amenities. No telephone or a/c in my room, no wifi, no bathroom toiletry kit, nylon sheets and a broken coffee table.

Beautiful resort with stunning views. It almost feels like the whole resort is to yourself at times because there’s only a small number of cabins (which are modern, gorgeous and on the lake) with just a handful of guests. It really is a special getaway. The staff is also kind, patient and super accommodating. We would enjoy going back!
