Ulasan Stella di Mare Grand Hotel

Hotelnya agak tua dan hampir tidak ada orang Tionghoa di sana. Makan malamnya relatif lezat, dan hidangan ikannya cukup lezat. Laut Merah di sini tidak terlalu indah, tetapi sangat nyaman untuk pergi langsung ke Bandara Kairo melalui jalan raya keesokan harinya.

Secara keseluruhan, kamarnya cukup bagus, tetapi ini adalah hotel tua dengan fasilitas yang ketinggalan jaman. Pelayanan di resepsionis dan kamar tamu bagus, halaman hotel sangat bagus, dekat dengan pantai, memiliki kolam renang, dan harganya relatif terjangkau.

Petugas sama sekali tidak membantu membawa barang bawaan, karena barang bawaan tersebut harus melewati pemeriksaan keamanan saat memasuki pintu, dan barang bawaan tersebut sangat berat, petugas hanya berpura-pura tidak melihatnya. Lokasi hotelnya tidak terlalu bagus, dan sangat sulit untuk menemukan bagian dalam hotel, seperti labirin. Kolam renang dan pantai hotel tampak bagus, tetapi bagaimanapun, dengan harga ini, Anda dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sana selama satu malam.

A truly unforgettable stay at Stella Grand Hotel! This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed! The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy. And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Thank you, Stella Grand, for making our family holiday so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

Exactly as described, I enjoyed too much with family, especially kids Food is more than delicious Sand beach and pool are fantastic

The service is not 5 star, the staff’s attitude is really not the best, their food was bad, everything is super expensive and for nothing, the beach is not that good either. But it looks luxurious Eh ;)

The worst hotel i ever stayed in I had to stay long to do the check in and they taking other guest in front of you , they don’t care if you wait. And the second day i went to breakfast the workers was very rude , actually i was standing with juice in my hand one of the workers pushed me and drop the juice and even he didn’t say sorry , So I really don’t recommend this hotel at all stay away .

Very good and nice hotel food is amazing room clean

I've been going there for more than 20 yrs. My kids love the place we enjoy everything. The service, the hospitality, the lagoon, the beach. First time I really critique the breakfast and buffet. Restaurants were much better but pricey. Please fix your breakfast, you have an amazing hotel and exceptional team. Don't waste all the efforts with the breakfast buffet. We had to leave on our last night for that. Thank you for your service

Отель находится на первой линии. Большая ухоженная территория. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и готов помочь по любому вопросу. Особенно понравилась еда. Разнообразная и вкусная. В целом отель на твёрдую пятёрку.

酒店環境非常不錯，自助早餐的選擇性也非常多，酒店裡麪的服務人員都非常友善，並且整個酒店面向紅海,環境優美不吵雜，我和朋友都非常喜歡。
