Quite hotel and room clean

โรงแรมไม่ได้ติดชายหาดทะเล ห่างไกลออกมา 2-3 โล ไม่สะดวกสะดวกสำหรับคนไม่มีรถ,หรือไม่เช่ามอไซด์ หากนั่งแดงไปเซเว่น ไปกลับตก 400 บาทหน้าโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้าน ห้องพักชั้น 2 มีกลิ่นท่อในห้องน้ำแรงมาก ห้อง 204 อาหารเช้ามีน้อย, อาหารเช้าราคา 250 บาท ต่อคน ถ้าคุณแยกชื้อ

Otelin konumu güzeldi. Ancak otelin resepsiyonunda klima sadece bazı saatler çalışıyordu. Normalde 7/24 çalışması gereken klima tasarruf için öğle saatlerinde çalışıyordu. Böyle bir otele yakışmıyordu. Check in sırasında sanki zorunluymuş gibi zorla depozito ücret istiyorlar. Ben deposite bırakmak istemedim ama ısrarla almak istemedim. Çünkü room charge yapmayacağımı herhangi bir harcama yapmak istersem direk ödeme yapacağımı bildirdim. Sonunda ikna ettim. Çünkü bu tarz oteller check out sırasında parayı geri verirken hep sorun yaratıyor. Hava çok sıcak olduğundan dolayı güneş kremi kullanmak zorundasınız. Bu normal. Havluma bulaşan güneş kremi lekelerini göstererek benden ekstra ücret talep ettiler. Bunun normal bir leke olduğunu çamaşır makinesinde kolayca temizlenebileceğini söyledim. Sonra tamam dediler ve almadılar. Eğer yırtık veya tekrar kullanılamaz halde olsaydı tabi ki öderdim. Bu ve bunun gibi ufak tefek şeyleri sorun yapıyorlar. Kahvaltısı çok zayıftı. Bazı personeller iyi bazıları mutsuzdu. Spada masaj yaptırdığım müslüman kadın çok iyiydi. Masajı da hizmetinden de memnun kaldım. Ama otele gelince çok fazla memnun değilim. Bir daha kalmam.

泰國的酒店沒有牙刷牙膏是很環保的 但是還沒有見過連拖鞋，熨斗都沒有 浴巾也是堆在洗手池旁邊 洗手盆也沒有洗乾淨 前台的阿姨態度非常之差

泳池房還不錯，在旺季四五百一晚價格感覺挺低的。如果海邊度假不建議畢竟不臨海。

酒店會叫人上黎做按摩，這個服務十分貼心，價錢又唔貴，甚至比出面便宜，住了很多晚，不過越住越貴，蘇梅黎講性價比算高

This was a goldmine in my opinion. Yeah it wasnt on the beach but Koh Samui is such a big Island you need a motorbike and conviently they had motorbikes for rent. The room was amazing, I dont know what else to say the ac blowed right on me in the bed and it was too cold at times so no problem there. The bed is like every other bed I stayed in in Thailand. Hard! I figured that was just how it is in Thailand. Having a motorbike is a must. It was the highlight of my stay. Oh the pool up to my room was cool! Enjoyed that. I ended up staying here for my whole stay. I usually venture out to other places but the value was great! 5 stars! Checkout the full experience on Youtube channel in profile.

We had such a lovely stay in the canale. Very peaceful and quiet but still close to the city centre. Absolutely recommend to come here. Staff is super friendly too! There’s great options for room service which is very delicious. Next to that they have different services as booking trips at the reception or renting a scooter.

The hotel property itself was very well maintained and pretty. A bit of a walk to the town, not too far from the beach, but hard to get in and out of and walk around. Breakfast was not good at all. The Wifi also shuts off in the rooms whenever you take the card out of the switch. While this was all very critical, it was a cozy place to stay for one night, the staff was pretty nice as well.

We originally booked the hotel for 8 nights and then cancelled and rebooked for 11 nights so we could stay for longer. We booked a family room, travelling as 2 adults, 1 three year old child and a 9 month baby. Upon arrival we were shown to a twin room with 2 single beds. I explained to Nicha that this is not the room we booked, we booked a family room and showed confirmation, as well as emails to hotel confirming family room suitability for us. We waited 3 hours while they try to resolve. It was now 5pm and Chalong basically said we can have a refund and check out (not acceptable with a baby and 3 year old) or stay in the room. We felt we had no choice but to stay in the room. They suggest my daughter sleep on the floor. Totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel when we booked and paid for a family room 9 months prior to arriving. It is currently 5am, I am laid on a floor in a 4 star hotel writing this review so my 3 year old daughter can sleep. The staff have shown a real lack of empathy for our situation. They said sister hotels are fully booked too. They oversold the room and expect you to sleep on the floor with barely an apology. Certainly not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Please avoid, especially if you have children. It is not worth the risk.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Particularly the manager Chalong and all his friendly efficient staff. During my stay I had an accident and was looked and brought to hospital as if they were my family. The hotel staff go out of their way every day to look after customers. The hotel itself is 2 mins walk from the quiet end of Chaweng beach. It also has a nice reasonable size swimming pool surrounded by colourful gardens. The rooms have the most comfortable beds with great Wi-Fi and are spotless clean with good showers. Also at its doorstep there are a couple of great restaurants and cafes. For the price, friendly service and location it’s hard to beat. I would have no hesitation in recommending this resort. Thanks Chalong and all your staff. See you again 🙏🏼. Gareth

We stayed one week at Canale, really enjoyed the balcony with amazing mountain view while sipping on fresh coconuts. The room size is decent with comfortable bed and very clean. All staff were extremely nice and helpful, golf carts always waiting to serve guests, they made our vacation unforgettable! The breakfast is also good with some hot dishes that varies every day. Food at the restaurant are tasty and affordable. Location is good with many restaurants nearby, if you don't want to be in the busy area of Chaweng beach this place is perfect.

The Resort is not a Resort maybe a hostel.. Towels are dirty, all over the room, i had two family rooms. The brekfest is so poor we didn't even bother to go after two times, the swimming pool is so tiny not as the photo shows. The tea cup was not fasten an my little kid drop it by accident and charge me for it when i get to check out . Not near the beach and at the end of the chaweng far from Everything
