The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas. The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in this beautiful city."

"The hotel itself is great. The room is clean and cozy. You can walk to the Taj Mahal. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff towards the guests: 1. The day before departure, we agreed with the receptionist about a late check-out, the cost was announced at 15,000 rupees. In the morning before breakfast, I went in again to warn her, the girl announced the cost at 3,000. A long dispute, we agreed on 1,500 with check-out at 15:00; 2. Starting from 12:00 to 15:00, they called 5 times and asked if we were going to vacate the room. At 14:59, they started knocking on the door and demanding eviction ...; 3. As soon as we handed over the cards, they turned off our Internet (blocked the login and password for wi-fi). LTE in the hotel works extremely poorly. I needed to take part in an important meeting, the staff reluctantly entered new access data into the phone ...; 4. My wife was feeling unwell and asked for boiling water to make her tea. We were invited to the dining room where breakfast was served in the morning. They poured tea from a bag. And asked us to pay 570 rupees!!! For tea from a bag (~750₽). Honestly, it's disgusting for a chain hotel"

"This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great."

"This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again."
