Hotel dengan Bar di Agra

Een mooie Homestay met een vriendelijke gastvrouw. We kwamen vrij laat aan na een lange reis. Ze zorgde nog voor een kleine maaltijd waarna we konden genieten van de nachtrust. De locatie is ideaal voor wie Agra wil verkennen, ook als je enkel voor de Taj Mahal komt (wandelafstand)

My first time visiting Agra, Jaypee Hotel was amazingly. All staff are wonderful, they are very friendly, and helpful. It’s really good service. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff for your hard work. 🙏🙏

Located in a good place, close to Tadj Mahal. Staff is friendly. There is a restaurant downstairs and a rooftop terrace. The owner was helpful. He is obviously interested in the affairs of his hotel. Food and wi-fi was ok.

This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again.

Driver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Stafnya sangat baik, lokasinya bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke Taj Mahal (sekitar 15 menit), dan di sebelahnya ada toko suvenir yang berafiliasi dengan His. Tidak ada apa pun di dekat sini, tapi saya bisa membeli air dan makanan ringan di toko terdekat. Saat berkunjung ke Agra, menurut saya daya tarik uta***ya adalah Taj Mahal, jadi menurut saya akan nya*** untuk menginap di sini. Saya ingin melihat matahari terbit dan keluar pagi-pagi saat hari masih gelap, jadi saya takut berjalan kaki, jadi saya menggunakan taksi Uber, tetapi saya bisa langsung me***ggil taksi, dan itu adalah tempat yang nya*** untuk transportasi umum dengan banyak taksi di dekatnya! Namun, tidak ada tisu di kamar dan dudukan shower rusak. Bagian dalam ruangan bersih◎
