"The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend."

SSilvia GiacobPosto pulito e ben tenuto. Ho soggiornato nel dormitorio misto con 6 letti. Il bagno è privato, condiviso tra le 6 persone, ed è composto da wc e doccia insieme. La pulizia è giornaliera, e sono disponibili carta igienica e salviette di carta. Il letto è comodo e dotato di una lampadina, una presa di corrente vicino al cuscino e un piccolo ripiano dove appoggiare le proprie cose. Il check-in è stato rapido e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Taj Mahal, ottima qualità prezzo. Una buona scelta per un soggiorno semplice e confortevole!

BBibhasThis was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again.

Good: The bedroom and shower room are very spacious, there are several types of outfits are in the room which is useful, a good restaurant, an Ayurveda Spa experience, and very friendly staff who even speak a little bit of Japanese. Tidak ada apa pun di dekat sini, tapi saya bisa membeli air dan makanan ringan di toko terdekat. Saat berkunjung ke Agra, menurut saya daya tarik uta***ya adalah Taj Mahal, jadi menurut saya akan nya*** untuk menginap di sini. Saya ingin melihat matahari terbit dan keluar pagi-pagi saat hari masih gelap, jadi saya takut berjalan kaki, jadi saya menggunakan taksi Uber, tetapi saya bisa langsung me***ggil taksi, dan itu adalah tempat yang nya*** untuk transportasi umum dengan banyak taksi di dekatnya! TTamuDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.
