My stay experience in basil inn was excellent. It is a very good hotel in a good location. All the staff are very cooperative. The owner of the hotel is a very humble gentleman he helped us to make our trip comfortable with his guidance. It is a safe and homelike hotel for a family.

Excellent location. Walkable distance to taj mahal. Rooms were basic but services were great. Felt like at home. The owner was very caring. Many restaurants around. The location at this price and the hospitality is the best selling point of this place.

Bathroom taps can be upgraded. Hosting is excellent. Food is good. The only issue was that the bathroom taps where rusted

The room was very shady and unclean. No soap and towel provided for bath. All the taps were rusted and extremely dirty. Bathroom door lock was not working. And there was no finishing in our room. All the plug points and wires were in open. I am pretty sure blankets provided were unclean as well. I would suggest to spend another 1000 rs and get another clean and hygienic room.
