Extremely disappointed with ITC. The brand has completely lost its credibility. The staff was poorly trained, the food was terrible, and the stay was far from comfortable. Definitely not booking here again.

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Room was smelling like mold, couldn’t sleep whole night had to change room 3 am in morning. I had to leave unrested in meetings

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Great place to stay, very polite and helpful staff. All is very clean and organised. Small min point they don’t like guest in the room. WiFi is also a little hassle and could be organised better.

Brilliant overall

The room is spacious and the location is good, but the breakfast is a bit poor, not living up to its reputation.

A relatively old hotel in the tourist area, clean and hygienic, but the facilities in the room are relatively old. There are so many tourists that it feels like sitting in a vegetable market for breakfast, which is very noisy. The worst thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled mineral water, which is what foreign tourists need most, because the hotel refuses plastic bottles. Either drink the hotel's own canned water (which feels like tap water) or buy expensive glass bottled mineral water (which is also inconvenient to carry with you when visiting tourist attractions)

We couldn't sleep...people were screaming all night, it was like a fair. Does the hotel staff only care about welcoming customers and not ensuring their permanent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallways all night long???? This is a Starwood hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.
