Hotel Villa Imperina

Went there for my friend's wedding, beautiful place, amazing service. 100% recommend

The hotel was nice and the spa on site was great. I had a nice massage. Only thing was I didn’t realize we had booked a French room which was super small but since we were only there for one night it was tolerable.

Great stay. After hiking in the Dolomites for 4 days we were tired and sore. Laura made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We booked a massage, spa visit and lovely dinner. Our room was upgraded to a large, airy room with magnificent views to the mountains. Breakfasts were generous and the entire staff accommodating and friendly. Loved our stay here.

Great location for a trip into the Dolomites. Tired hotel and really shouldn't charge for a swim in the pool! Service OK but over-priced dinner when nearby was excellent Pizza restaurant at half the price.

Friendly staff at this beautiful old hotel. Nice grounds and live music was excellent.

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough. Not only is it a comfortable distance from the centre of Agordo and a bus stop, the building itself is a joy to stay in. The breakfast was good and the hours agreeable. What I was blown away most by, was the staff and their cooperation and friendliness to make sure you enjoyed your stay in the hotel and Italy as a whole. In our case, we had run into difficult walking the Alta Via 1 and needed to reassess the route and rejoin it. The staff were willing to talk at length about the area, bus stops and issues to look out for. A huge thank you to Martina, who, by offering to get a friend to give us a lift, probably saved the majority of our holiday.

We (family of 3) stayed in a triple room for one night at this hotel at the cost of €250 including breakfast. This price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the region, yet still utterly disgraceful for the service we received and the state of the hotel in general. Check in was fine, somewhat marred by the smelly brown water in the vase of dead flowers on the counter. Late afternoon we wanted to have a drink on the terrace. We waited half an hour but nobody came. When we went inside to reception to ask if we could have a drink, we were told to order at the pool bar. Nobody was at the pool bar! Finally, someone came outside to take our order. We nursed our drinks for two hours - nobody came to ask if we wanted anything else. After putting our son to bed, we went downstairs to the bar. Despite sitting there for one hour, nobody came to ask if we wanted to order anything. Even despite sitting at the same table as a couple who had to ask (and wait 30 mins!) for a drink. The bedroom was hot, there was no air conditioning. The woollen blanket on our son’s bed was unnecessary. Although the old furniture has a certain charm, the loud rattling of the wardrobe any time anyone moved was irritating. Walls were as thin as cardboard - we could hear the upstairs neighbours enjoying some adult time, conversations in the hallway and people outside on the terrace until late at night. Breakfast was absolutely not worth the money. Scrambled eggs that looked and tasted like they were made three days prior, no gluten free alternatives, juice that was not fresh nor refilled and again nobody who asked if we would like a coffee/tea. Check out was equally as abysmal - we waited for fifteen minutes, and the bell twice and when finally someone came, no questions were asked if we had a good stay, no apology for keeping us waiting etc. The only positive part of our experience was the view which was beautiful. Strongly recommend that you pay a little more to stay in a better place. We will most definitely not be back.

Last night, during my business trip, I was this beautiful hotel in Agordo, in the Belluno Area. The rooms are comfortable. The location is perfect, I haf the opportunity to do some jogging in the nearest area to the Agordo downtown. Also rhe pizzeria /restaurant in the hotel is perfect.

Il venerdì sera questa struttura, sia per gli esterni come me e sia per gli ospiti dell'hotel organizza "all can you eat" di pizze, quando sono andato là, accolto da una cameriera che con il sorrisino mi spiego che potevo ordinare tutti gli spicchi di pizza che volevo ( che sinceramente poteva evitare di spiegarmelo perché io lo sapevo) ho ordinato i primi 4 spicchi di pizza che corrisponde ad una pizza intera, poi ho ordinato gli altri 4 spicchi di pizza, allora la cameriera mi spiegava che potevo ordinarne anche di meno e pensava che si era espressa male, ma io gli ho detto che si era espressa benissimo, dopo ho ordinato altri 3 spicchi di pizza e lei mi fa che se non li mangiavo li dovevo pagare, e io gli ho detto che ci mettevo d'impegno poiché non gli volevo dare altri soldi. A parte che la cameriera mi ha preso per ignorante, perché sinceramente lo sapevo di questa procedura, poiché ho già mangiato in diversi all can you eat, ma poi mi ha dato la sensazione che trovava tutte le scuse per darmi meno spicchi di pizza dopo che mi aveva detto che potevo ordinarne quanto ne volevo. Vi sconsiglio di andare la, sono fiero di non aver preso una camera in questa struttura sopratutto dopo che ho letto tutte le recensioni negative, prima di scrivere questa recensione. Do voto scarso e non pessimo perché in fin dei conti la pizza era buona
