Beautiful and clean set up. Very clean rooms, very good job by house keeping. Breakfast place was charming. Owners loved to serve and were there anytime you needed them. Swimming pool surrounded by trees and greenery. A place perfect for planning events, such as weddings. Spacious parking lot.

We stayed in this hotel for ten days and we would never want to go home again! The staff and in particular Vagelis and Maria, apart from being excellent hosts, are lovely people who make you feel welcome. The structure is brand new and well cared for down to the last detail, both externally and in the rooms (the pool is fantastic!). Breakfast is prepared by Maria and every morning they serve dishes with local products and different homemade cakes every day. The property is strategically located as it is a 5-minute walk from the beach of Agia Anna and the various club, restaurants and bus stops, but at the same time it is surrounded by nature and enjoys absolute peace. Wow!!! Our apartment was fantastic, everyday clean sheets and towels, the room was spotless, lovely bathroom with really good showers and the owners are wonderful, we had breakfast every morning cooked by the lovely Maria the choice was amazing we have never eaten so much! Maria makes homemade cakes, lemonade, jams and olive oil! And her lunches were fantastic too! There are no sunbed wars here, when we stayed by the pool we were on own! Evangelos was so friendly and helpful giving us directions to the best taverns and ordering taxis I can't praise there apartments high enough we would give them 6 out 5 stars!!! If you're thinking of staying in Aghia Anna stay here it's gorgeous!

We stayed here in July 2022, the hosts were so accommodating, friendly, helpful and cheerful :) The balcony in our room had a lovely view & the pool was amazing! Lovely environment at the hotel especially at breakfast time They were very helpful on getting us taxis and recommending things to do! The rooms were kept clean and tidy everyday The location is fab, really close to shops restaurants and beaches with a easy bus stop 5 mins away! Would love to come again either at as couple or perfect for a family holiday too

We had high hopes for this hotel and were not disappointed, in fact in many ways it surpassed our expectations. The pictures don’t really do the place justice, I felt everything was better in real life and there was a warm and calming atmosphere that you just can’t capture on film! We stayed in their largest suite and as a family with 2 teenage children it was perfect as we all had privacy and space (including 2 bathrooms and a private area off the lounge where my son slept.) Vaggelis and Maria were the perfect hosts, informative, welcoming and incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious and each morning we tried something different. It was also possible to order drinks around the pool, which was lovely. The location was absolutely perfect, being just off the busy main ***** but only a 5 minute walk into the heart of things and onto the beach. There’s an abundance of great restaurants nearby and the local bus stop takes you directly to Naxos Town where there are many more. The only improvements I might suggest are very minor. The first is for a fitting to hold the shower up (it’s awkward showering with one hand when you have to wash very long hair!) and secondly a chest of drawers for clothes would have been useful, as we didn’t have quite enough storage space in the room. It’s fine if you’re only there for a couple of nights but our family of 4 staying for 6 nights struggled a bit! All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family and would love to return one day.

We stayed there for a week in the second part of June. Everything was perfect. Starting with the accommodation, we have stayed in 2 different rooms as we couldn't find availability for the whole period in the same type of room. The first one, King room, is decorated in an authentic Cycladic style which we liked very much. The second one, Deluxe, is a bit bigger with more modern design but still having Cycladic touches. Both rooms were exceptionally good: large sizes, tastefully decorated, spotless clean everywhere .. everything in the room looks like brand new. The position on the island is very good being close to some of the best beaches and restaurants. The breakfast was great (including super tasty home made cakes :)) and served in the beautiful yard of the hotel. Last but not least the staff is nice and helpful. The owner gave us the best hints of the places around (e.g. beaches, villages, tavernas) which proved good choices and saved us a lot of time.

Fantastic stay at Ktima Lino. Spent 3 nights at Ktima whilst staying in Agia Anna and the hotel was perfect. Pool / outside grounds were idyllic and the breakfast provided each and every morning was delicious.....particularly the omelets and cappuccino's!! Lovely spacious room with a big wraparound balcony and lovely bathroom with large walk-in shower. Kitchen facilities available and coffee machine / pods which are useful however we did not use these. Nice pleasant 7-8 walk into Agia Anna for lovely beachside restaurants / bars. Plenty of choice nearby for food. Would certainly recommend this hotel 5*

Stayed here for six days in early June. Location and grounds are brilliant, quiet yet a few minutes off the beaten track to the beach. Hosts were amazing, very welcoming; rooms immaculate and decent quality. Pool was stunning and quiet, although we didn’t stay there much. Look forward to seeing how this place shapes up in a season or two. Thank you Chris and Han P.s breakfast was brilliant although didn’t eat there much as we’re not really breakfast-y people. Wish we could stay longer! This place is just wonderful! The rooms are beautifully designed, with slippers and dressing gowns for comfort. The shower is divine (great water pressure and hot water), comfy beds, lovely little balcony. There's even a toastie maker in the kitchen area! They really have thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was homemade, fresh and huge. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet - we slept very well. And just a 5 min walk to a stunning beach. We will be back!!
