Lovely hotel , friendly helpful staff . Went for 1 week on 27th March. The weather was amazing and we sunbathed for the 1st 3 days , unfortunately on the 4th day my hubby broke his arm playing darts with the animation team , so spent 2 days in hospital, operation. The activity area is in the wrong place and should be on the grassy areas, not by the crowded pool. Anyway the room 6102 was gorgeous . Lovely bathroom , walk in shower Fridge and a free safe. We had a lovely pool view. Cleaners were excellent. Staff in the restaurant were nice. Wine was drinkable , beer ok. Food was good , only 1 night that I couldn't find anything to suit me Breakfast was good and the Moroccan pancakes were great Entertainment at night was OK, the team are very funny. I would like to say a big Thank you to Yo yo , and Mustafa ( mouss) who took me to the hospital to visit hubby and were very very kind and caring Unlike the Tui rep who just was not interested in helping me at all This incident has not put me off visiting and hopefully we can rebook in the future Thanks all ( except to the rep )

We got a last minute deal from TUI on this hotel that made it a very cheap stay for a week. It was all inclusive and the rooms were clearly newly refurbished. Cannot fault our experience for the price. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there is room for improvement and we wouldn’t have been as happy if we paid the full price for the trip. The in day activities were repetitive and minimal and limited hours. The evening activities we went to a few which were great but the rest were parties or dancing. The pool wasn’t heated despite being March. We got very lucky with the weather hitting 35 degrees by the end of the week. We were there last week of Ramadan so the food was at 7.30pm instead of 7pm but this did feel quite late for us Brits. It was obvious too as there was often a queue outside waiting to be let in and then a stampede to the hot food. The food was decent and some nice meat on offer but did get repetitive. This is another instance where we were happy at our cheap price but not full price. Drinks also got boring as there wasn’t any squash or flavoured water or anything similar, it was juice, still water, full sugar fizzy drinks, hot drinks or alcohol. There was Coke Zero but its quality varied as it comes out of a self serve machine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time! The highlight of my stay was definitely the animation team, especially Mouss and Yoyo. They were so engaging and made every activity enjoyable. From the fun games to the evening entertainment, their energy and enthusiasm were contagious. They made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. It really elevated the whole experience and added a personal touch to my vacation. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent facilities and service, but it was the fantastic animation team that truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We booked a week from the 2nd-9th January at the TUI Suneo Kenzi Europa to see if we liked Agadir. Before our arrival I emailed the hotel reception team politely requesting a high quiet room and also a kettle as we wished to take our own teas. I received a prompt and welcome reply from Mounir Abouche saying they would do their best to accommodate us. We were pleased to see on our arrival that we were given a high floor room with sea view and a tray with a kettle, mugs and a few beverages and a bottle of water. Much appreciated. Our room 2658 was new and spacious with adequate storage and a great bathroom with a walk in shower and good wall to wall sink area with undershelf. The hairdryer was good too. The bathroom did lack a rail for the hand towels and hanging peg/hook for a dressing gown. There was one inside the shower cubicle. There are liquid soap bottles fixed on the walls but we found this too harsh on our skin, like Carex, so we used our own soap. The dual shower was great. I do suggest that if you are light sleepers, take earplugs, as the small bar next to the hotel garden started playing loud music from around 5pm until 3am most nights, and there's constant traffic noise throughout the night and early hours. Agadir never sleeps! The bed felt like concrete to lie on. I requested a mattress topper but it was so thin it made very little difference. The towels weren't soft and fluffy but used ones were always replaced. The cleaner did a good job. Leaving the room clean and fresh smelling everyday. The Animation Team are a lovely friendly and encouraging group of youngsters. They aren't pushy and annoying. They are a credit to the hotel. Hasan on Reception is also a lovely helpful young man too . The dining room waiting staff are all pleasant and the food is pretty decent for this grade hotel. Good choice of salad and fresh fruit. My only disappointment was that I couldn't get a cup of coffee in there during lunch and evening meal times. Also the coffee machines although offering a good selection on screen, in reality failed to deliver ones choice. For example I chose cappuccino and got a hot chocolate. On the snack bar machine I chose a hot chocolate and got a weak black coffee! I asked the barman in the inadequate sized indoor bar for a black coffee and he brought me an espresso. The lounge area by reception is very cold and uncomfortable due to being surrounded by exits and no comfortable armchairs and sofas. This area could be improved. The location is great. Near the promenade and beach, souks and a variety of different nationality restaurants. There is a nice relaxed vibe in this area and it's kept really clean. Would we return? Yes we will.

We stayed at Tui Suneo Kenzi Europa from January 20th - 27th, we booked this holiday as a last minute getaway before heading back to university, we expected not great weather with 3 star service and the basic room/amenities. How wrong we were! The hotel itself was wonderful. Although work was still being done, the recent refurbishments created a warm atmosphere and the rooms themselves were GORGEOUS. The shower was the size of a single bed, which I consistently raved about, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We were placed in a south faced room, with a street view but even that was gorgeous and surprisingly quiet. The cleaners did a wonderful job every time, ensuring we had fresh sheets and towels whenever we requested, even on days we had do no disturb on, if they spotted us exiting/entering they would ask if we needed any soap or toilet roll. The rooms were immaculate and i cannot fault them. Similarly the restaurant and bar services were beyond impressive. The restaurant offered a good range of food options most days and even had a ‘Moroccan themed’ evening, where you could try tagine! My partner being a very fussy eater, we were worried however the range completely accommodated him. One of the days we had a day trip we ended up being slightly late for lunch meaning they were packing away and options were limited, however I found a pasta I really enjoyed and without hesitation the chefs made a new portion for me to enjoy - this was above and beyond. All of the staff in the restaurant were wonderful, offering to get drinks and quick to clear plates. We particularly enjoyed how much they interacted with us whilst not intruding on our holiday. Abdessadak (sorry if we butcher names) was so brilliant alongside Soufiane and Imad as they taught us a Moroccan card game at the end of dinner! They were also particularly friendly. The entertainment/animation team were absolutely amazing. From 10 most mornings they were up and around the pool, learning names and inviting you to activities. From day 1, they greeted us with a smile and spoke amazing English as well as French and some other languages! They tried to get you involved and push you outside of your comfort zone, which for two 20 year olds who were worried about their first “adult” vacation, made us feel very safe and welcome. The members of the team that stuck out to us during the daytime were Yassine, Souki and Annour, these people were wonderfully upbeat and talented whilst making us feel at home, away from home. The evening entertainment was so cheesey but brilliant. An upbeat atmosphere with loud music and brilliant leaders. Mouss was an amazing host, specifically on our first night there with the music quiz! We made some awesome friends that we hope we stay in touch with because of this. With one of the nights being couples night, we were voted best couple and felt so involved and energised. The team really did build our experience, helping us to decide on day trips and act

Great hotel rooms lovley , and good size, food was not really to my taste but could always find something to eat All staff at hotel are friendly and welcoming animation team are great do there best to get everyone involved I don't think there is enough sunbeds for this hotel all reserved by 8am when it wasn't even warm that early and some left reserved till after 3 in afternoon. Bar area is really small for size of hotel I'd come back again but not in peak season with sunbed situation and small bar

We Come here family ,its was good holiday . We like the entertaiment team it's was good freindly . We Don't forget the aquazumba entertainer Yassine'hes freindly We play with him card , we dance ,it was good show for the new year Really it was a good holiday We gonna come back. Dziękuję bardzo

We returned to Kenzi with our son after spending our honeymoon there ten years ago. We were a little concerned that the hotel would lose its authentic Moroccan welcome and hospitality as it’s been taken over by TUI but we needn’t have worried. From the time of arrival where we were swiftly checked in and given a great room, exactly what we needed for our son and his needs. The staff from the start and right the way through were attentive, courteous and polite from the front of house to housekeeping, chefs, waiters, Moroccan tea man (it took me until almost the end of the holiday to work out who he was!), the poolside team and the fantastic animation team are credits to themselves and the hotel. The management team were responsive and helped me out when I accidentally booked a trip for pick up from the wrong hotel! Entirely my fault but they did their best to sort it for me which I was very grateful for. The rooms are freshly refurbished with further work happening in the other block but this did not affect our stay or become obvious it was going on apart from occasional drilling sound which could have been from anywhere nearby and not distracting from a great stay. The food was plentiful, fresh and a great selection from morning to late at night so we never starved and loved trying new presentations and Moroccan food. The hotel as a whole is impeccably clean, rooms are cleaned with fresh towels daily. The pool and grounds are cleaned and maintained daily. You can hire beach towels which are also changed daily. The entertainment team, in particular Katy, Siam and Yoyo were brilliant and made time everyday to speak to all guests and enquire on their stay. The location is perfect, beach minutes away and a lovely promenade to walk along by day or night. The cable car to the old city is recommended as is a short taxi to the Souk Al Had for some bargains. We would recommend this hotel and have booked to comeback in January already!

Beautiful hotel with the most beautiful staff and entertainment. Mustafa was amazing alongside his entertainment crew and Dj. Food is so fresh, tasty, and plenty to choose from. Nice sunbathing area with amenities like a bar, a snack, a shop, and a pharmacy. Rooms clean and very spacious. Lovely view from balcony. It was like a dream. Until I figured out it was a Tui run hotel. Making big profits out of vulnerable people. Tui, I'd the old Thompson. So we all know what happened there. Shame on the big bosses who were walking around with their heavy pockets doing some filming promoting the Tui Suneo kenzi europa. Hope you all get paid well. 5 star Hotel only!! Staff atmosphere amenities. Tui are just to the same! No Stars for them.

Just back from a fab 4 days of sun & fun. The hotel have done an excellent job on the refurb, work is still ongoing in other block which is closed off so didn’t impact us in anyway, as all facilities are fully open and look fantastic! The staff are all fabulous and work so hard, with a special shout out to Katy, Siham, Mouss, Jimmy & Yoyo, thanks for making our stay super fun!
