We booked this one by mistake. It’s too far from the Hongqiao train station for our traveling family. The beds are small.

Service fairly good. Room spacious and clean. Decent enough breakfast. Hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere - not particularly close to the train station or airport (at least a 10 minute taxi journey) - with very little in the immediate surrounding area. Very poor noise insulation meant could hear anything happening in the corridor and in the room above all night - would recommend trying to get a room on the top floor, away from lifts, if possible. Good value for money overall, would recommend for a short stay in Shanghai, if you don’t need to go into the city centre, for whatever reason.

I couldn't sleep. The sheets were quite dirty! I felt itchy as soon as I slept. For the price we paid we should've gotten a better room or at least a clean one! !

Crystal Orange Hotel is pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Cleanliness enhances the hotel's charm. The morning buffet offers a variety of good foods to suit many tastes. The friendly staff will swiftly address any accommodation issues. My stay at Crystal Orange Hotel was nice.
