"I had a great stay here compared to most hotels where the room is spacious and there's a big window with sunlight coming through and they provide welcome snacks and water for free which is rare these days unless you stay at a 5 star hotel. I was happy with the friendly customer service and allowing to store my luggage before check in and after check out. What could be improved is a sign as soon as the lift was being fixed as I didn't know the lift wasn't working when I was waiting for it on level 3. The room tends to be stuffy when the air con isn't on and brings a stuff smell. Windows need to be opened if it would open. The hotel card is quite fiddly and takes a while to unlock, they need to replace with better cards and door signal. In saying that, I would stay again as it was a good experience overall compared to other hotels I stayed in. It's not far from IGA groceries and bus stops plus there's a shared area to cook your food."

"My room booking was amended to handicap room during check-in which was very much appreciated. The room was clean and very quiet and the bathroom fixtures were excellent. I ate dinner at the Ibis Kitchen, a restaurant which specialises in international cuisine, and had excellent fish and chips.  I had some trouble with the vending machine not accepting cash. Hotel management came to my floor within a minute and assisted with opening the machine and getting my drink out and refused taking my money as a curtesy for the inconvenience it caused me. I was very satisfied with my stay at Ibis Hotel Adelaide. "

"The hotel is at a very convenient location but not as safe on weekend nights, the hotel hired security guards at night so advise not to wonder around too late unless you are going to pub or so drinking. The car park is secure, each exit will cost you $28 though. Overall would recommend this hotel"

"There were many advantages, but the disadvantages were that they actually required a deposit (although it was refunded quite quickly), and they charged extra for bottled water in the room, and parking was also charged, even though there was a Wilson parking lot across the street or you could park on the street. The agreement the front desk gave me listed room 306, but they gave me a room on the first floor. When I questioned her, she said the room on the agreement was a twin room. I then questioned why I was given a twin agreement when I booked a king-size room, but she didn't respond. Luckily, nothing went wrong; otherwise, it would have been very difficult to explain."

But the bed was hard but there was a pillow menu to help a little more with comfort.. the sofa in the room was only 2 single seats.
