Family of 5, we booked the interconnecting rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, buffet breakfast is value for money as we don’t have to think of where to eat in the morning everyday. Staff has been great, walking distance to rundle mall, central market, chinatown and botanic garden. Around 10-25 min walk.

Generally good but some of the powers were not working, the shampoo container was not working and we run out of the hair conditioner ☹️ otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Unluckly there is no complimentary water in the room. Only one bin inside the toliet. The rest of the facilities are very new.

Very clean, Nice room with a big tv. comfy bed but pillows were average.

在這裏來看孩子，住了6晚，到唐人街，去德國村都方便，房間寬敞，冰箱，咖啡機，燒水壺，熨斗，燙衣板設施齊全，衞生間較大。馬桶旁邊有扶手，老年人使用也方便。唯一的不好的就是幾天都沒來打掃衞生，需要客人主動要求。這也許是他們的習慣。

酒店的位置就在市區中央，非常方便！但是前台服務人員的服務不到位，被告知訂單單被取消，即使提供了訂單編號，酒店服務人員仍然不主動聯絡，要我自己聯絡trip.com. 好在去trip.com 一直幫我聯絡酒店，酒店服務人員叫我在一旁等待，然後就不理會或處理我的狀況，trip.com 說有試著email給酒店，然後也有打電話，我有聽到電話的鈴聲，但是前台人員不接電話，大約半個小時之後，前台人員才告訴我收到了email通知，然後才順利入住。雖然房間各方面設施都非常的滿意，但是入住的時候應的不順利，讓人對這家酒店的服務態度蠻失望的！

設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨，整潔 環境：舒適 服務：很到位

酒店在市中心，停車不是很方便，要停在步行5-8分鐘之外的停車場，付費停車。

總體較滿意，房間簡潔時尚，沒有配拖鞋、純凈水和牙膏牙刷，需自備；出行遊玩算是方便，走路到唐人街十五分鐘，在門口的公交站台坐車即可到達德國村。

房間相對較大，乾淨整潔

酒店位置非常好，停車也方便，去市中心步行就夠了。
