部屋はまぁ値段相応の設備かと思いました。清潔度は高かったと思いますが、ぬるい湯しか出ませんでした。ドライヤーが見当たりませんでした。安いので相応なんですが、五つ星ホテルというのは疑問です。
ジム、サウナ、マッサージを利用しました。ジムの音がうるさかったです。サウナは良かった。マッサージルームはジムのそばにあり、うるさくてリラックスできなかった。
レストランはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

The hotel was really good also the breakfast was super complete. We had a little inconvenient with other guests about noice but it was solved the same day. The manager really wants to help…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Visiting Ethiopia during war time isn't always easy,you don't see a lot of tourists. The Hotel was really good staff were super friendly and helpful ,we really enjoyed our time here, would highly recommend. 5/5. And don't go to Mercato by yourself if you are a tourist

Great room, great pillows and a really friendly staff! The gym is well equipped and the overall style of the hotel is really appealing. In the lobby a hangout accompanied by some jazz music is definitely worth it. Other than that, the immediate surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for food and drinks.

Very beautiful set up, friendly staff and safe. Theirs facilities include gym and free sauna. The rates are affordable for personal and business purposes. They also understand English which has been a challenge for me in other hotels I have stayed in Ethiopia before. Did I mention that it’s also centrally located 10 min away from the airport😜. I was assisted by friendly Tizta.

Long overdue review since December, 2023. Home away from home. Third time staying here & have always loved it every single time. Polite & respectful staff, great hospitality & quiet environment, just how I like it. Biruk the night manager always makes sure I’m well taken care of on my visits. If u’re visiting Addis & need an affordable, yet classy, cozy & comfortable place to stay, check out The Grand Palace Hotel. They also offer a great breakfast buffet with both local & Western dishes & desserts!

I'd like to give this establishment the highest recommendation and thank reception staff for their friendly and warm-hearted assistance when dealing with my many requests. Reception staff went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were superbly dealt with in a professional manner. The hotel is located in a secure area of Addis and security staff watch your back in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel features an excellent gym and provides 24 hour room service. The highest compliment I can pay is to say I'd definitely like to return.
