I’m really disappointed about your staff from the reception QASI the way he talking
to the guest is very rude and raising the voice, he don't know how to respect and polite way to talk to the guest and we ask 2x plates like
7.35pm until 9.15pm we didn’t received and we call again to reception and QASI he told me he don’t know about that need to check with Housekeeping, very rude way he talk and cut the call. This is unacceptable. After that like around 9.28pm one of housekeeping guy gave us the plates and we call to room service to know what food is available and we have some food to reheat but they don’t like to do and they cut the call it’s really very very bad staff I don’t know how they can work in hotel. My first time staying in this DANA hotel I thought very good hotel but this is my worst hotel because of the staff they spoil my day really we came from dubai, specially Front Office staff QAZI and room service GUY I ask his name but he cut the call 2times he didn’t tell his name vey rude way he speak and cut the call like this kind of attitude they should not work in the hotel.
