was upgraded from a standard room to a club room for all three nights & i felt really blessed! the room was huge and clean! i do wish the hotel was more updated because it did look a little run down, but can’t complain much! the location was quite convenient as it’s near bus stops and 20 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Interchange, so it was easy getting to & fro to Dubai!

All good except for their service. We waited a day for a replacement of broken electric kettle.

The pros of the hotel: Nice location where it is near many food restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop. It also provide shuttle service to Yas Island. The room is spacious with a jacuzzi bath tub and is cleaned daily. The concierge people are very attentive to our careem car number and call us when they arrived. The cons of the hotel: 1) the TV signal is always lost so we can't get to watch most channels. 2) we always need to make multiple trips down to reception as our key card access cannot be read in the lift and the door. 3) Do not have much variety during breakfast buffet. The tables are not clean promptly after the guest left. I had to call them for cleaning up our tables and new cutleries. Special mention to Pratima who is very attentive and hardworking in clearing the tables.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service we received at the Millennium Hotel, which led us to choose it for the second time. Receptionist Yukyi consistently impressed us with her kindness and thoughtful upgrades. The entire front office team was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic, and the room with a jacuzzi exceeded our expectations - it was truly a dream come true. Thank you for providing us with such an amazing experience during our stay.

The hotel is great and I had an awesome stay.. But they should update their system with Ctrip because whenever you book and paid for the room, you will be surprised that it’s already fullybooked when you check in.

This is a very dated hotel and it shows. There are years of neglectful cleaning and lack of repairs. The shower was never hot. The elevator was extremely slow every time. The only parking available is the limited public parking out front. They have free valet parking but they are just parking your car in the same public lot fighting for the same limited parking spots. Completely unsecured, poorly planned. Pay a little more for a better hotel.

Good location near the city center and seaside. Big room, nice and friendly staff. - Sometimes low Wi-Fi connection.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. However the star rating of the hotel (5 stars) is not considered appropriate as facilities, food (especially dinner), lack such a rating. Price was competitive but you get what you pay for.
