The stay at this hotel was great as usual however it took over 25 minutes to get checked into the room due to low staff. Other than that it was a great stay.

Rooms were great we had 3. Haylie called us before we left home as a courtesy and made sure our rooms were together as one was booked under another name, so great thank you. Venus was great and very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again

Building was under renovation, and there was quite a mess throughout the hallways. Unit that we stayed in was not particularly clean, had a weird smell. The staff at the front counter seem like they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing, and did not provide the best service upon check in

Had a 1BR suite on the fourth floor. It was very nice - balcony, fireplace, full kitchen.. even a washer dryer!

Easy check in, booked by Expêdia, polite staff, very nice suite, clean and comfortable, slept well on king size bed, bathroom sparkling clean, didn't use kitchen, but it was well stocked with glasses, dishes, mugs, pots, pans etc. A bit out of the way, but worth the detour from the Trans Canada. Dennys close by and open all night! Good value too.

All vending machines not working....manager should have gone to SuperStore across the street and bought bottles water for guests to put in their room refrigerator's.
The temperature was very hot.....this caused discomfort to us.
Air conditioning was very poor, needs to be upgraded desperately.
Room was dated and in shabby condition, bathroom bathtub was a disgrace, not clean and in damaged condition.
