We really enjoyed the our short stay here. We got he suite room with the private bathrooom and was great. Everything is clean and very well organized. Two minutes walk from the helicopter ride. We have enjoyed cooking on site. There’s a big shared kitchen well equipped, fridge available to store stuff. In case nearby and walking distance several options for dining. Strongly suggested.

We arrived around 9pm ish and the property was quite dark. The reception desk had a note stick on the door indicating our room assignment. We had booked 2 rooms, but unfortunately, both had bugs (moths) in them. Since we arrived late, there were no open stores or restaurants nearby, not even a convenience store. We found a nearby bar online that was advertised as being open until 1am, but when we called, they informed us they were closing early due to a quiet night. However, they were kind and prepared some chips, samosas and spring rolls for us, which we appreciated as it was our only option for dinner. For future guests arriving late, I highly recommend advising them to purchase food in advance.

Hotel ini jauh dari kota, tetapi dekat dengan Danau Matheson. Kamarnya besar dan bersih. Anda dapat melihat sedikit puncak gunung bersalju. Orang tua di meja depan sangat ramah. Namun, meskipun WI-FI hotel terkoneksi, hampir tidak mungkin untuk mengakses Internet, akibatnya kami harus berkendara ke pusat kota untuk menggunakan WI-FI lokal gratis di siang hari. Saya tidak tahu apakah tamu lain mengalami masalah yang sama. Harapan untuk meningkatkan.

I got upgraded to another room so I was thankful for that ! The room smelled a bit (moldish) even though the guests already there had opened the window but by night, it got better. Otherwise, the room was big and had a heater which was really convenient. I was happy to see a sink in the room but it wasn't usable unfortunately. I thought it would have been nice! The kitchen is well equipped, there are books available in the dining room! Emplacement is very good, close to the train station and a few activities.

The hotel in Haast captured the essence of rugged beauty and tranquility. The cozy rooms and comfortable amenities offered a welcome respite after a day of exploring. The knowledgeable staff provided valuable insights into the local area, enhancing the overall experience. the hotel was a hidden gem in the remote and untouched Haast region.

a very nice hotel in franz joseph. the receptionist was kind enough to give us an upgrade as our original rooms were upstairs and there's no lift services. we ended up in a room on the ground level with o lovely fireplace with a microwave and comfy sofa. free parking on the premises itself and we were very happy with our stay there. there's a restaurant just minutes walking distance away but the town is not big so every thing else is just a few minutes drive away.

Kamarnya luas, bersih dan rapi. Letaknya dekat dengan jalan utama namun tidak terpengaruh oleh kebisingan lalu lintas. Tempat tidurnya nyaman. Dapur kecilnya menyediakan fasilitas yang cukup bagi Anda untuk menyiapkan makanan menggunakan microwave. Salah satu permasalahannya adalah kipas ventilasi di dalam kamar mandi berisik selama pengoperasian namun dapat dimatikan sebelum tidur.
