Hello, I'm in a place called Trip.com. I booked my stay and asked for cancellation within 2 minutes. Call the hotel directly, cancel within 1 hour I got a call and canceled it right away. It's not two hours away, and it's not emailed. The room supplier in the middle of Trip.com I'm not gonna do it, so I'm just gonna pay my money. I think it's a fraud. I think I should know. I asked again, and I was going to refund you. I didn't give anyone a stay. ...... Did you just lie to eat my money? ?? I'm here to inform the whole nation of all this. The hotel says you cancel it. Trip suppliers blocked it. Trip.com

This is my 2nd time booking this hotel. Staffs are very accomodating. Cleaning woman is very helpful. They also speak some English. Motel is very near the beach. I travelled with my daughter and we extended our stay. Restaurants are just around the corner. Other entertainment areas are also very near. We watched concerts, held about 100m from the hotel. When windows are closed, the place is quiet. Would def. book again someday~!

The room is fantastic value for money, the bed was quite firm like most in Korea but was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. It’s very close to lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores and the bike path on the river. The staff was very kind and let me keep my bike in the room overnight. I recommend this place

Welcomed by the host. Nice large clean room and no mosquitoes at all. Shower in bathtub very good pressure. There is a minibar and TV. Water bottles and towels supplied if needed more of them. There is a parking for the cars and behind you'll find restaurants and a convenience shop too. We could relax there as not noisy at all.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. More importantly the room is clean and good for short term stay. I spent one night during my visit to Taean. The location is only five minute drive from the bus terminal and a short walk to a local bus stop. Bathroom was very clean and equipped with basic toiletries.

It was a nice hotel close to the bus stop, a lot of stores close to this place. It was nice if u want to explore more of cheonan and want to stay somewhere near. Very affordable and worth the money you pay. Although most rooms if not all seem to be smoke rooms, so that was a bit of a downfall for us.

The location is good, there is a convenience store 5 minutes walk from Cheonan Station, and a restaurant that is open until late at night where you can buy snacks and drinks. The hotel is clean and has a bathtub so you can relax in the hot water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cost performance is good, so I recommend it.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. I reserved the ”private” room with 2 beds. The view from the balcony was nice. It had a cold fridge with 4 waters included, soap, toothpaste, etc.. anything that is needed was already included. Would recommend and would stay again.

I used it with my son and three, but the room was big and clean. In particular, the bathtub was big, so I took a bath with water, and it was so good. There are many restaurants around, so it was good to have dinner and breakfast was sandwiched at a nearby bakery.
