hostel di Attica, Yunani

Location is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber. Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want. I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer. The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor. I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area. I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t). Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel! Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid.

Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building. Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad. I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l

It was a seamless stay during my trip in Athens at this service apartment type hotel. Was able to get an early check-in by calling them the day before the stay to see if is available (usually 1-2 hours before 3PM check-in is accepted). As are no physical reception desk in the lobby, we were prompted to download an app one day before the trip as it is for hotel main entrance and room entrance.  The hotline is very helpful and reliable. The room feels modern and nice with a TV per room with bar area and good furnishing. The sofa bed was comfortable. Just keep in mind that there might be an issue on the hot water as the amount is good for three use max. The surrounding area might seem dodgy on google streetview but it turned out to be the opposite as family would come out at night around that area. Also the weekend is alive with the night bars and music events there (not too noisy).

Хостел находится в 15 минутах от метро Монастираки. Хостел предоставляет трансфер на автобусе до аэропорта, его нужно бучить за сутки. Сам хостел занимает весь подъезд до крыши. На крыше есть бар и большая терраса на все стороны здания. Убирают плохо. В хостеле грязно, в душевых никто толком не убирался, только мусор вынесут и протрут пол. Бельё постельное уже постелено, из одеяла только простынь. От кондиционера и окна дуло, укрыться нечем. Подушки очень неудобные и сырые. Спала без подушки и в толстовке в итоге. Комната была большой, но тесно заставлена кроватями. Не знаю, почему так вышло, мои соседки из сша и Австралии практически никуда не выходили и вообще целый день находились в комнате. Спали и блевали. Отчего смрад в комнате стоял невероятный от пота, духоты, блевоты. В душевой ванной всегда духота и влага, есть маленькая форточка. Ящики для вещей находятся прямо возле двери в душевую, отчего очень неудобно ими пользоваться, они далеко от кроватей. В комнате было много комаров, у меня был с собой фумигатор, это помогло. Всю ночь люди ходили туда-сюда, я практически не спала, каждый день была разбитой. Дают при заселении бесплатный шот. Цены в баре умеренные, апероль и мохито по 8 евро. Завтрак насыщенный, есть яйца и фрукты, хлеб, джем и хлопья овсяные, оплата на баре на том же этаже. Бесплатная питьевая вода на баре, удобно наполнять бутылку. В комнате находиться было неприятно, поэтому после осмотра достопримечательностей сидела в лаундж зоне, где кухня. Там же работала, вай-фай ловит хорошо. На кухне можно заказать ужин, ни разу не брала, но видела, говорят, что вкусно и удобно, никуда идти не надо. Дают в аренду полотенца. Сам район находится где-то на задворках, идти вечером очень страшно, вокруг одни стройки, заброшки, парковки и пакистано-индийские заведения. Гуляющих женщин по району вообще нет. Because my first stay at this hostel was great, when I had to change my plan during my trip in Athens I came back this place. First time was a private room and this time I stayed in female dormitory. It was comfortable and I appreciate other guests were all considerate to others. The amenities available are so few. You better have your own toothbrush, face wash, etc. But over all love this place.

バーやカフェが連なるプシリ地区にあります。ただ、外れの方なので、夜はそこまでうるさくない地域です。土壇場で途中変更ありましたが、電話越しにとても優しく対応下さりました。

Cheap price , comfortable bed, not too much to ask for. The surrounding area is not very safe. It is recommended to go to the city center according to the route provided by the hotel. The shower room needs to be improved. It is best not to put the men's and women's shower rooms in the same room and separate them with plastic curtains.
